Ciarran woken up as he stretched from a good nights rest, he got out of bed, taken a shower before getting dressed. He went down stairs to see Raven sitting in the living room.

""You should look at the rules and ranks before we head off. Just got your first world. It seems to have missions, normally resentment systems like me only prioritize having taken the resentments with full completion."" Raven suddenly explained.

"So take the persons resentment with 100%?" Ciarran asked.

Raven just nodded, Ciarran called up the menu and went to the home button. The screen changed colors to a blue and white themed, while having multiple functions; Rules, Host Ranks, Soul Shards, The Astral Calendar, and a little area for the six sections.

'Rules'

{Resentment Section Rules}
<Out-of-Character (OOC) Actions Permitted>
<Host's may engage in actions outside of their assigned characters, with the objective of increasing resentment levels to 100%. Freedom of action is allowed provided it serves this goal.>

<Engage with System Missions>
<While system missions are infrequent, they are significant when they occur. These missions often stem from the desires of original souls within the narrative.>

<Adherence to Higher-Ups' Directives>
<Authority figures within the association have the responsibility to evaluate and mark missions during ranking assessments. Ascending through the ranks introduces greater challenges and risks.>

<Protection of Main Characters>
<Direct harm to the primary male and female leads is prohibited. Host's are allowed to eliminate secondary anomalies that influence or surround these leads. (If eliminating primary leads, weaken the halo beforehand.)>

<Storyline Modifications Allowed>
<Host's have the ability to alter the storyline based on their character roles, specifically to foster resentment. This flexibility allows for dynamic and evolving narratives.>

<Enjoyment is Essential>
<The overarching rule is to enjoy the process and engage fully with the creative and interactive aspects.>

"Huh.. you saying i can literally eliminate a primary lead if i weaken their halo? Not only that but i have full flexibility in changing the storyline along with being out of character?" Ciarran was dumbfounded and amazed.

""The first three sections have to stay in character all the way through, while unable to change the storyline as well. As long as they can complete their missions, those hosts are bound to that."" Raven added.

"So... they can slightly alter it depending on the character they're in?"

""Bingo. The higher rank they get, the more freedom.""

'Host ranks'

⟨Introductory Class⟩
▪︎ Novice (F) «3»
▪︎ Mediocre (D) «100»
▪︎ Proficient (C) «9K»

⟨Advancement class⟩
▪︎ Impressive (B) «10k»
▪︎ Top-notch (A) «100k»
▪︎ Legendary (S) «900k»

⟨Mastery Class⟩
▪︎ Extraordinary (SS) «1M»
▪︎ Ultimate (SSS) «10M»
▪︎ Unique (R) «100M»
▪︎ Enigmatic (UR) «900M»

"I feel like I'm not seeing all the ranks.." Ciarran glances though, seeing the limitation and how much worlds better the next.

""It only shows you up to the Mastery Class cause of the rebirth cycle choices. The numbers beside the ranks is how many worlds to complete before your next rank."" Raven continues, ""The novice ones are training worlds, the ones to get used to world hopping. The letters beside the ranks are just to help understand the greatness of the rank.""
