(This chapter takes place after the car wreck, so you're now waking up and at the school)
Y/n's POV:
I woke up with a pounding headache. I didn't recognize my surroundings, as I look over and see a bed next to the one I was laying in it had a pair of boy cloths, and a few knives. I get up from the bed I was in and walk to the door and slowly open it. I walk out and hear talking outside, so I decide to walk out. As I get outside, I see about 9-10 kids, as I continue to look around, I see Clem and Aj.
"Clem, Aj!" I yell for my 'siblings' excited to see them. "Y/n!" Aj says running to me. "Y/n/n!" Clem spoke running to me as well. We all pull into a meaningful hug. "Where are we?" I ask Clemintine in concern. "Ericson's Boarding school, they found us at the car wreck and took us in." My sister told me smiling.
"We get to stay!" Aj said excitedly. "We don't know that yet, Goofball." Clemintine spoke messing with Aj's hair. "Hey, you must be Y/n." A red headed girl said. "Ya, and you are?" I asked wondering who she was. "Ruby, I'm Ruby." She answered.
"Well, nice to meet you, Ruby." I said shaking her hand. "Come on Y/n/n, come meet the others." Aj grabbed my hand and pulled me to a group, where Clem had gone off to. "Guys this is Y/n, my sister, well, not really but I like to think she's my sister." Aj said. "That's Louis, that's Willy, that's Aasim, and Omar, Violet, Tenn, Marlon, Brody, Then Mitch." Aj says pointing to each one. I blush as I look at Mitch, he's hot. "And by the way Y/n you will be staying in Mitch's room that's the room you woke up in." Ruby told me.
"Oh, okay." I spoke shyly. "Oh, and that's Rosie." He said pointing to, a dog! I back away as I grab Aj. (Y/n and Clem are afraid of dogs because of an incident, yk, but Clem and Aj have already met her) "Y/n it's okay she won't hurt you." Aj assured me, but I wasn't too sure of that. "Ya, Y/n you're okay. Rosie's nice." Clemintine spoke petting Rosie. I slowly let go of Aj. "Here." Clem said grabbing my hand putting it close to Rosie's face.
"See." Clem says as Rosie smells my hand without biting me. "Sorry." I apologized. "It's okay, you didn't know." Marlon, I think, said. "She's my dog by the way." He told me. "She's cute." I spoke. "And thanks for letting us stay. For now, at least." I thanked Marlon.
"No problem." He spoke. "And you heard about the room arrangements, right?" He asked me. "All I know is I'm sleeping with Mitch... Well not like that, I meant sleeping in the same room with him, you know?" I said freaking out as Mitch was right besides Marlon. "I know what you mean." Marlon laughed at my mistakes.
I looked at Mitch just to see him smirking at me. "Well, there aren't any spare beds to put in Clem's and Aj's room, so you'll have to sleep in Mitch's room. I hope you're okay with that?" Marlon told me. "Ya, that's perfectly fine." I said smiling at Mitch.
~~~~Skip Time 2 When It's Dinner~~~~
It was now dinner, and I was sitting at a table with Clem, Aj, Louis, Marlon, and Violet. We were all talking and getting along. When we were all done Louis decided we should play a card game. Louis explains the rules then we play. We all flipped, and Violet won.
"So, about Aj. Where are his parents?" Vi asked. "They're dead. They were nice people." Clem answered. "For the most part." I continued. "It makes sense. He's a nice kid." Louis spoke. "For the most part." Clemintine and I said in sync.
We flipped again, and. "Hey, I won." Clem said exited. "Hey, you do. So what do you want to know?" Louis said. "Worst injury you've seen?" Clem asked. "I saw a walker get hit in the head so hard, both his eyeballs flew out. Pretty cool." Vi told us her story. "I saw someone have their intestines pulled out all the way. A lot of guts." Louis said.
"I saw this guy get his face bashed in with a crowbar. Badly. He didn't even have any skin left." I instantly knew Clem was talking about Carver. "He's a bitch, he deserved it." I spoke. "He did." Clem backed me up. "A dog took a chunk out of my friend's leg." I told the group. "Damn." Louis said shocked as hell.
"A dog?" Vi joined Louis. "Yep." I told both Lou and Vi. "Well, Rosie won't do that, promise." Marlon assured me. "I know, she's a nice dog, I really like her." I told Marlon. "Well, I'm going to go to sleep now." I told the group as I hugged Clem and went to Mitch/ my room.
As I walked in Mitch's room, I saw him lying on his bed facing the wall. "Hey Mitch." I said as I softly closed the door. "Hey Y/n." He said not turning around. I got in bed and almost instantly fell asleep.
