Today was your friend's birthday, Satoru Gojo's, and you both were planning on hosting a party at his house. Satoru was a very extroverted and wealthy man, and with that came popularity.
"Satoru?" You called from the kitchen as you poured chips in bowls. "Are there going to be drinks? I know you don't like alcohol."
"Yeah! A couple of my friends are bringing some with them!" His voice echoed through the walls of his almost mansion-sized house. Satoru came down from his bedroom upstairs, meeting you at the kitchen counter. "I've also got some other stuff you can get drunk off of, if you're curious..." He said suggestively with a cheeky grin. You chuckled at his demeanor.
"Oh yeah?" You challenged, staring into his icy blue eyes with a raised brow. "Guess I'll have to find out when the party starts, hm?"
Satoru sighed, unsatisfied with your reply."Don't be so boring, (Y/n)!" Satoru pouted like a child. He held his head in his hands as he propped it up with his elbows on the counter. You continued preparing food, paying no attention to Satoru's fixed gaze on you.
You finished placing the varieties of foods across the table in the dining room, underneath the shining chandelier that hung above, on the ceiling.
Everything was set; the food was prepared, ribbons decorated the halls, and soon, guests would begin pouring in.

It was a good thing that Satoru's house was so ginormous, because otherwise, you wouldn't even have room to walk.
Some people stood around or chatted in the living room, while people in the dining room were playing drinking games. Some people were even outside in the pool in the backyard. You found yourself being one of the ones standing around, not doing anything specific.
"Hey!" A masculine voice laughed from nearby. You turned your head to see who the voice came from. It turned out to be someone you knew play fighting with another; Toji Fushiguro, and an unknown face (to you, at least) that had short dark hair with a small mustache. You think his name was Shiu Kong, or something.
The two shoved each other back and forth with laughs. You could tell they were tipsy. One of them fell onto a third person, Suguru. They continued their banter as you found an escape from being around the situation. You shifted your glance around the room, searching for Satoru. You felt the need to see him.
That was when an arm wrapped around your shoulder, a drink in hand.
"Hey, (Y/n)!" Yuki's familiar voice filled your ears. She studied your mildly impatient expression on your face. "C'mon, (Y/n), loosen up. Quit acting like you got a stick up your ass! Have fun," she said, offering a plastic cup filled with what you presumed to be alcohol.
With a sigh, you reluctantly accepted the drink. Mostly because with Yuki, you didn't have a choice.
You gulped it down, feeling the strong taste slightly burn the back of your throat as it went down. "Vodka?" You guessed."Yep! Sukuna brought a ton," Yuki said. "I bet I can drink more than you." She dared. You shook your head.
"Listen, Yuki, I really shouldn't -" You were interrupted before you could finish your sentence when Yuki tugged you over to the dining room, where all the drinks were. "Whatever..."
Yuki refilled both her and your cup with more Kissed Caramel Smirnoff. You drank in portions, this time. Though, it didn't take long to finish anyway.
You weren't drunk, that was for sure, but you could tell you weren't completely sober. Drink after drink, Yuki left you to sit on the couch nearby as she left to fill your cups.
After a couple more, you decided to take take the opportunity and make your way through the crowd around you, looking around to find Satoru. However, despite how much he usually stood out, he was nowhere in sight. You felt your heart sink a little. Did he not want to hang out with you? Or worse, did he not have time for you, and instead, another woman?
