Zero side eyes you as he walks in the dorm room with his necessities. "What the heck do you want? Stop looking at me." Zero mutters this as he bumps into your shoulder with his.

"Your my dorm mate?"

"Unfortunately." Zero turns his head away from you and begins unpacking his suitcase.

"Oh that's just great."

"Yeah." Zero's hands pause from taking his clothes out of his suitcase, he then looks at you with his emerald eyes. His eyebrows are arched up, his gaze is sharp.

"Okay well I'm going to bed. It's 7"

Zero turns back to his suitcase, but then he suddenly snaps his fingers. "Wait, are you going to be in your bed?"

"Yeah?"

"And you're going to be sleeping alone?"

"Yes?"

Zero smirks. "And you don't mind having your roommate, me, sleeping in the same room as you?"

"We're not sleeping in the same bed."

Zero gets up and leans against the doorway. "I never said that we were." He looks at you, his grin spreading across his lips.

"Do you want to sleep in the couch?"

"And why would I do that? This is my room now."

"This is not your room. This is our room, we are roommates."

Zero rolls his eyes. "Don't tell me you actually care about that 'share this room' crap. We have separate beds, what's the issue here?"

"Your the issue, now I'm going to bed"

Zero walks towards you, and he is suddenly standing right in front of you. "If you're so insistent that I sleep on the couch then what's stopping you from dragging me there?"

"You have feet don't you?"

Zero's grin falters for a split second before he breaks out laughing. "I can't believe this! I've never met anyone as stubborn as you."

"Just let me go to bed and get out of my way."

Zero's laughter dies down, and he seems to actually be thinking. "Tell you what, let's make a deal. If you let me sleep in the same bed as you, then tomorrow you can pick whatever we do and I will have to comply with your decision."

"Hell no?"

Zero's grin fades again, but this time it's replaced with a frown. "C'mon, that's not fair! We should split our nights. You get Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and I get Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. What do you say?"

"We're never sleeping in the same bed."

"And why not? Are you afraid that you'll fall in love with me the moment you lay down next to me?" Zero's grin breaks out across his lips again, and he can't hold back his laughter.

"Ha. Your not funny"

"You know, you're awfully cold to me. Maybe if you were a little warmer I would be nicer to you too." Zero's tone has changed, it sounds a little more serious now.

"You're not worthy of my time."

"I'm not? Well, at least I don't act like a stuck up, arrogant, rich girl. Who is it that's too good for me?"

"I'm not any of those!"

"Yeah? You sure act like it. That's probably why you're so miserable, no one likes you."

"That's not true!"

"Really? Then why are you so alone? Where are all of your rich friends now?"

"I choose not to have friends. School and education is more important. And I'm not "rich" to any standard."

Zero laughs. "Oh, you're such a liar. Your family is literally the richest in this city. You're just a stuck up snob who can't see past your own ego."

"My family?" i scoff "you no nothing of my family." I say as I point at him my finger poking his chest lightly

Zero catches your finger with his own and doesn't break eye contact. "Oh please, just spare me the bullshit. You think I'm stupid? You're the spoiled brat with no real problems. You have everything handed to you."

"You have no idea who I am or what I've been through."

Zero laughs again. "Oh, really? Because from what I know, you've lived an easy life full of wealth and privilege. I bet you don't even have a single worry in your life."

"I already told you I'm not rich."

Zero laughs even louder. "Oh, don't give me that! You and I both know your parents are just waiting for the day you turn 18 so they can hand you the entire company

"Don't make assumptions"

"What? You're not going to get the company? Do you think I'm stupid? You're literally going to be living an easy, carefree life." Zero snorts. "I wonder what you'll even do with it, the most successful business in the whole city."

"My parents are dead zero. And we never had a company so I don't know what you're talking about." I say glaring at him

Zero suddenly freezes up, his expression turns to surprise as his grin fades away. He looks away from you, not wanting to make eye contact again. "You're...kidding."
