Strangers and Imlie

The Invitation

Imlie POV.

After talking with Aditya sir I felt even more relieved. 

I can do the first thing on my list. 

Move on. 

I walked up to my group of friends and they asked if I was okay. 

"Hum theek haain asie toh hum kaal bhi nahi thein" I replied.

"Woh Mr Tripathi kya keh rahe the" Aryan asked.

"That is gossip for me and mahila mandal you is not mahila mandal" I replied back.

"What the, Imlie why not us" Arnav asked.

"App na us akkadbagge ke valkil na baniye maine deka that usne apko ishara kiya abhi abhi" I replied back seeing their interaction with each other. 

"Haww, Arnavji ap kabse aise baato mein dil jazbi rakhna shuru kiya" Khusi didi replied. 

I smiled seeing their support for me just like Kaki maa and Arpita didi. 

I miss them,I want to go home and lie in Kaki maa's lap as Arpita didi takes class of that akkadbagga.

"App humare ghar pe aah shak te hain aaj shaam ko, hum apko Kaki maa aur Arpita didi se bhi milwayenge" I decided to invite them over to show my gratitude for them. 

"We can catch up Arpita didi as well, what do you say?" I asked. 

"Haan, hum, humare Anjali di ko bhi leke ayange bohot maza ayega" Khushi said. 

"Aur hum humare Pinky Mom aur Badi maa ko bhi leke ayenge tumhari Kaki maa ko company milegi" Anika said. 

"Okay toh final raha app sab shaam ko Rathore mansion ahrahe hain" I finalised.

Author POV.

While the ladies were making their plans, the men were also talking.

"Ab woh ghar apka nahi raha Aryan bhiaya, Imlie ne usko highjack karliya hain" Rudra joked. 

"Leave it uska abhi abhi break up huwa hain maaf kiya usko" Aryan said.

"Itni bhi tadi achi nahi, tumhe bhi pata aur hume bhi, teen aurto ke bheech mein tumhari permission se koi maine nahi rakhti" Shivaay mentioned. 

"Tadi?" Arnav asked

"Arrogance, being full of yourself etc." Rudra explained.

"Shivaay tumhari dictionary ko kya huwa hai? Aryan questioned.

"Anika Bhabhi" OmRu said in sync.

The men laughed. 

"But on a serious note guys have did you notice that AKT guy looking over at us and giving us a smirk?" Om shared his observation.

"I did see him looking at us but didn't see his smirk" Aryan replied.

"Yeah you wouldn't know anyway based on the way you were getting hyper seeing them talking to each other" Arnav replied.

"And what's with you wanting to know what AKT had said to Imlie, anyway, whatever it was, it made Imlie come out of any spell she was in when we saw her this morning" Shivaay noted.

"It's important because, of that exact reason, what your wives did in one night, that Mr Tripathi did in 15 minutes 15 seconds, imagine the influence he has on her, I need to know to be prepared for that problem magnet" Aryan clarified.

"Aryan don't you think you are being too imaginative" Shivaay said. 

"Not when the situation involves Imlie from Pagdandiya, she is unpredictable, and too selfless for her own good so before she drags herself in any problems I better know what kind of problems so that when she does come for advise I know what kind of advice to give to her" Aryan explained.
