Dear Diary
Today was a sad day,it was my parents funeral. It seemed like I was meant to be there with them but everyone was saying how blessed I must be to have survived and how sad they would be if I didn't.But I feel like I'm faking all of this to them, friends, family, I'm acting to all of them even after they all said they would pay the bills for my new apartment and give me weekly grocery money to spend. It all feels fake, the only reason I'm alive is because of my contract. Well I guess it's better that I'm alive so not as Many people are sad.
I'll talk later Diary see you later!

Mami slowly closed down her diary and wiped away the start of a tear. She made her way to the kitchen and realised everything is empty and then made her way to her wardrobe to get a suitable change of clothes for outdoors as it was mid autumn and starting to get cold. She was just about to leave the house when she remembered that he left the key on the side with her purse, she gathered them quickly an then set off. She was half way there when she had seen something in an ally way, thinking it was a stray cat or dog she went down. It turns out it was a man who was heavily breathing and had a few open wounds.
"Are you okay sir?" Mami asked in a soothing quite tone .
"W-who are you?" The man asked in a confused tone.
"My names Mami Tomoe,I've just moved down this street "Mami pointed towards the tall block of apartments "over there is where I live" she said in a tone that tried to cheer the man up
"You best leave me alone little missy" the man said in a saddened tone.
"No I won't,I can't leave you here with those wounds!" Mami retaliated "I'll go and get help so stay here okay?"
The man shrugged at the thought of him moving "sure, whatever kid"
Mami quickly ran to her apartment an rang for an ambulance "yes, hello I need an ambulance,I've found a man on the street with a lot of open wounds my names Mami Tomoe my address is floor 27 room 4 of the apartment building on Satsuki Way, about three blocks from Metakihara high school "
Mami said down the phone to the receptionist at the hospital.
"How old are you Miss Tomoe?" The receptionist asked her
"I'm 15"she replied with question
"May I speak with you your parents?" The receptionist asked her
"You can't I'm sorry my parents recently passed away " Mami replied trying to hold back her tears
"I'm sorry to hear that Miss Tomoe I'll send an ambulance right down" the receptionist said with guilt.
"Thank you!" Mami said with cheer.
