The next morning rolled around, Angel waking up early and getting out of bed, and doing her morning routine, brushing her teeth and eating breakfast. She was prepared for the day. She looked out the window, and saw what seemed to be someone looking at her behind their car. Angel's heart began racing, and she decided to confront them. She opened the door to her home and walked over, and saw it to be Eden. "What the hell do you think YOU'RE DOING?!" She yelled, Eden turning around to make sure nobody was watching before she pulled the chains out her pocket, strangling Angel with them as she struggled, soon being deemed unconscious. Eden got her phone and saw the messages exchanged between her and Jessie, and grinned. She threw Angel on the floor and made a group chat between Angel, Jessie, and April.
She was going to make sure she was the one in control.
Jessie sat in bed, Ame asleep. He noticed the group chat and started messaging. "M'kay, here's the plan. We let Eden go to your house, but we'll be there, waiting. I'll have a weapon, as will Ame. We wait for Eden to find us and we knock her unconscious, and report her to the police." Jessie messaged. "Angel" sent a thumbs up emoji and he grinned, knowing he was in control. Ame woke up shortly after. "C'mon, Ame. We have work to do, remember?" He said to Ame. "Oh, yeah.. let's get to it, then." Ame said, getting up and stretching as Jessie got out of bed. They did their routines too, and shortly after got in the car, making their way to try and find their home. They did know what it looked like, thanks to conversations had with Eden, so they started driving to find where they lived. It took a few minutes, but they found it. They got out of the car, seeing Angel on the floor. "The h- oh shit!" Jessie said, rushing over to help Angel up, and as she got up, she tried finding her phone, noticing it gone. She started hyperventilating, breathing heavily as she held her hands to her head. "D-dammit! My phone! Eden.. she fucking snatched it!" She said frantically, Jessie realizing what a mistake he had done. He quickly messaged the group chat, saying there was a change of plans and that him and Ame couldn't make it, and that April would have to fend for herself. No response from Eden.
The three of them walked in the home, locking the door and closing the blinds, hiding Jessie's car in the garage. April rubbed her eyes and rushed up to Angel, hugging her with a kiss on the lips. "Good morning, babe!" April said, smiling happily. "Good morning, dear. My phone was eh.. stolen. By Eden. So, we tricked her into thinking she'll be able to hurt you so we can finally end this." Angel explained. "Oh, damn! Good thinking.. so do we wait here?" April asked. "That would be best, yes." Ame said, Jessie nodding in agreement. So the two waited. "Y'all up for pancakes?" Angel asked.Eden sat in bed, thinking on how she had finally won. April would be alone. Jessie and Ame wouldn't be able to help. She'd be able to kill both Angel and April. She began laughing louder and louder, a huge grin on her face as she ripped a picture of the two. She ripped a photo of her and her coworkers, knowing they were now meaningless. She calmed down, and got out of bed, and walked to her sisters room. She saw Susie sleeping, and whispered that she'd be back. She brushed her teeth, then got her outfit ready. She got another gun, having left her revolver at home. She got in her car, and began making her way to April's home, but not before looking through memories in her driveway. She remembered when she had met her coworkers.
For Ame, they had been family friends. Their parents knew each other, and they got along very well. Ame was top of her class, and so was Eden. They were good friends, having hung out a lot, and then came the day Eden told Ame about Happy Hour. Ame was skeptical at first, but would give in, due to the promise of protection, riches, and fame.
For Jessie, Eden had killed his mom before they had met. His mom had come close to figuring out about Happy Hour when Eden and Ame had broke in their house and robbed it. Eden didn't know what else to do so she shot her. She felt awful, sobbing for days due to the guilt. However, when she had recovered, she kept killing. She had no more value for human life, and then she found Jessie. She saw him walking alone, sad and desolate, and offered him the job for Happy Hour. Jessie reluctantly agreed, only to help support his family. He said he refused to kill anyone. Eden once had respected this, but as of a few days ago, showed who she was. She didn't care about Jessie. She would rather have him dead. Now the same was said about Ame after she had rebelled against Eden. She wasn't sad whatsoever, she was ready to become a mastermind for the criminal gang they worked for. She was under the control of April's mom, a woman famous in the criminal world for having been a mastermind at fraud and robbery, making her way to have had a chance at having her daughter April go to a successful college, but she had turned it down, much to her anger. When April got on drugs, her mother seized this opportunity to make her husband, April's dad, kick her out. Aprils dad was a coward. He would always have a close bond with April, they were both ambitious and followed their own rules. Aprils mom however, taught him to stay in place, as did she with April. Now Eden would be the same.
She pulled up to the home of April and Angel, and sighed. She pulled her gun out of her pocket and walked over to the front door.
This was how they would pay.
