Mika, the shiny Eevee, padded out of her house. She wanted to meet another Eevee, and her trainer, Rya, seemed okay with it, so THERE.
"Hello? Is there an Eevee around?" Mika called. At that moment, a female Flareon clopped over, a male Eevee following her, an Egg held gently in her jaws.
"Hello, what's your name?" Mika chirped. The Flareon raised her eyebrows.
"I'm Radiant, and this is my son, Grayson," the Eevee peeked out from behind his mother.
"I love the color of your fur," Grayson purred, looking at Mika. "What's your name?"
"Thank you!" Mika purred, flattered. "I'm Mika!" Grayson smiled.
"Pretty name." Grayson nuzzled Mika, then slid behind his mother once again.
"This is my Egg, Tia!" Radiant placed the Egg gently in front of her.
"So pretty! Well, I'd better get going," Mika smiled. Grayson ran up to Mika, licked her lips, then ran back behind Radiant.
"Bye!" Mika exclaimed, flustered and flattered. Radiant and Grayson waved goodbye, and that was the last time Mika had seen them until now, five years later.
