K took his role as the oldest very seriously, just as seriously as he did the chance to be an idol after years of waiting. There was nothing that was going to jeopardize his career and future as an idol. Not even two errant, fun loving but mischievous dongsaengs.
"Honest, hyung! We didn't mean for it to happen. It just did!" Yuma insisted, folding his hands behind his back and giving K the most innocent look he could. Taki nodded along, even more innocent looking than his partner in crime. K just sighed and covered his face with one hand. When did he become responsible for literal children?
"You two know that your not supposed to be messing around like that. Your making the staff's job harder than it needs to be" EJ cut in, crossing his arms. K hadn't even heard him walking over but he was glad that the leader was there. That would make things easier when it came down to what needed to be done.
"Yes hyung" Yuma and Taki hung their heads, looking properly ashamed this time. K pursed his lips. Of course, as soon as the leader showed up, they were all contrite and proper. EJ knew what they were doing too so he pointed at K.
"He is your hyung. Listen to him just as much as you would me" EJ lectured. Yuma and Taki looked up from under their bangs, Yuma looking like he would argue but then decided not to and went back to staring at the floor.
"Do I make myself clear?" EJ added.
"Yes hyung" Taki whispered, nodding. Yuma nodded too. EJ dropped his hand to his side, satisfied and then turned and walked away. His job was done. Now it was up to K to deal with the rest.
"Are you going to....?" Yuma questioned, stopping with a nervous glance at Taki. The whole team knew how much K favored Taki. It wasn't intentional but the two of them had a past together, they were as close as brothers and that did cause some biased treatment and a little bit of resentment amongst the team, mostly directed at Taki.
"No. Not this time, just don't let it happen again" K shook his head. If it were just Yuma, he probably would have but because Taki was involved, K couldn't bring himself to do it. He knew there would come a time when he would have to, but he just couldn't yet.
Unfortunately, it seemed that time came a lot sooner than he expected and wanted it to.
"Riki-ah" Both Taki and Maki tensed, slowly turning their heads to face EJ. Yuma edged closer to the door, running right into Nicholas and stopping, especially when Nicholas grabbed on tightly to Yuma's arm, keeping him from escaping.
"What do you think your doing, Taki?" K walked in, looking over disappointed at his little brother. Taki looked away, not answering at all. He wasn't sure what to say and all words seemed to have disappeared at the very thought that he had disappointed K.
"Yuma, your the hyung. You should be acting like it. Do you think this is funny?" K took Taki's hand, making the second maknae stand, and turning to the other troublemaker.
"No hyung-nim" Yuma answered honestly, trying to weasel his way out of trouble once again. Well it wasn't going to work this time, K was going to make sure of that.
"K-hyung!" Taki squealed when K pulled both him and Yuma out of the room, only after making both of them apologize to their staff for being distracting and disrespectful.

Yuma sulked, glaring at K under his outgrown bangs. K lightly swatted him again, a silent warning for Yuma to fix his glare.
"Hyung! You can't" Taki backed away when K turned to him. He was not prepared for this. Taki had been spanked by almost everyone in the team: Fuma, EJ, Nicholas, Yuma, Jo. Heck, even Harua had swatted him a few times but K? It was unheard of.
"Why not?" K wondered. It was tearing him apart to have to do this but he knew there was no choice. After everything they had been through, K had almost forgotten that Taki was only seventeen.
"Because its....because...just because!" Taki didn't have a good reason and he was aware that his excuse was not going to work. K had every right to spank him but that did not mean that either of them had to like it. K crossed his arms, finally letting go of the two younger boys.
"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't turn you both over my knee right now?" K waited, giving them one chance to talk themselves out of it. Neither of the younger two said anything. There was no good reason and they were aware of it. K was aware of it too, which is why they were in that position in the first place. He grabbed both of them by the arm again and pulled them into an empty room, closing and locking the door behind the three of them.
"Taki, you first" K sat down in one of the armless chairs, motioning hte second maknae over. Taki hesitated but he didn't get much of a chance to when K grabbed his hand and pulled him over his knee without a second thought.

"Do you think it is funny to mess around when we are supposed to be getting ready for an interview? We're already wasting time in doing this but we have to because you two don't know how to behave" K surprised himself a little with how stern he sounded. The last time he could remember sounding like that was...well, I-Land.
"If we're low on time, then maybe you shouldn't be doing this!" Taki retorted sharply. K smacked his thigh, making Taki tense up and face forward again. That hurt, like a lot. Yuma watched, feeling sorry for his dongsaeng and feeling guilty for getting Taki in trouble, and of course also for making their staff's job harder.

"If we weren't so low on time, you'd be getting more. But I promise you, Takayma Riki, we will be talking more about this later when we are at the dorm. That goes for both of you" K lectured, letting Taki up and tugging Yuma over his knee next, giving him the exact same fifteen plus two more because Yuma was older and he knew better. Pretty soon, K had two sulking dongsaengs in front of him, avoiding eye contact with him and each other. K was not going to let that be so he pulled the two of them into a hug and walked them back to where the team was getting ready for their interview. And even if the two of them did have to stand for the entire interview, they both felt sort of better than they had before a conversation with their oldest hyung.
