3 months before Shivika left for Delhi

Aryan POV.

Aryan Singh Rathore prided himself for being an accomplished individual of society he had been the owner of 11 businesses and that too under 30.

So in summary he was very proud.

In the past four years he had been burning.

Burning in revenge.

This fire inside him only grew stronger when he found out what an irresponsible individual Mr Tripathi was even outside of his profession.

That's why he had taken it upon himself to protect Imlie from this irresponsible man who will marry one woman one day and another woman the next.

He wanted to protect Imlie's smile, the smile she had when her article was published on the front page.

He wanted to protect her freedom.

(By caging her in marriage) his subconscious whispered.

He wanted her to do nothing with the Tripathi family, who thought of her only at times of peril not at times of happiness.

She had no share in their happiness only their sadness.

I clearly saw how no one acknowledged her presence when we brought Mr Tripathi back from the Pagdadiya incident.

Not one family member remembered her until I told her to stay.

They don't deserve her feelings for them.

Now I am going make sure she stays away from those who hurt her.

(You've hurt her by forcing as well) his subconscious panged again.

Aryan was broken out of his revere when Imlie barged in his oops, their room looking very hot in her saree.

Shut up.

Shut up.

Aryan what are you thinking concentrate.

Cool.

This saree style suits her, brings out all her strengths.

Shut up Aryan.

Focus.

I: ABP tumko humka batana hoga, ki tumne hume kyu usi kue me dhakela jisme se hum abhi abhi bahaar nikle the.

Ar: Kya mujse shaadi karna itna bura hai Imlie?

I was feeling hurt.

Yes she was forced, but am I really that bad of a life partner.

Ar: Main itna bura hoon Imlie?

I: It's not about you being bad or not bad ABP.

I: It's about choice, you know the type of situation I was in, I was finally moving on from Aditya sir and you threw a curve ball at me and asked me to marry you.
