The Guilt || Dogday x Catnap ||

24.Memories from the past

(Recap)
*Catnap was devastated, he refused to let go of dogday in any way, they had to force him to let go, for them to be able to get dogday to emergencies,  Bubba was the doctor of the group, so he tried, luckily he was able to patch him up and stop the blood, but unfortunatly, that ended up with him in a coma*

*Catnap had to rely on Hoppy for comfort, she was the closest to him other than dogday, Catnap just cried in her shoulder, his grip around her tight, as she Tried to hold back her own tears, hugging him back in a comfort manner*

*Dj dog spend the rest of the day with dogday on the hospital bed, silently crying as she stared at her brother's condition*

*Catnap keep crying the entire day, till night, his tears were dry, but he couldn't sleep, his sister, Starlight, was with him, she didn't want to leave him alone, he need support, and she was gonna provide that to him*

*She ended up laying down next to him, letting him clinge to her for comfort, his ears have been down since the accident, he soon fell asleep in her arms, his body was exchausted, Starlight couldn't help but worry about him.....she knew how much Dogday meant to him, even if he hurt him during the control of the prototype, no matter what happens, they will always be together.*

(Onto the Actual Chapter)

{Dogday's POV:}

*I woke up to see...grass? I was in a garden under a tree, I sat up and looked around, it was what the playcare used to looks like....*

*Dogday's mind:"where am I...? Is this the playcare? But..... wasn't I supposed to be dead...?"*

*It was empty, so I got up, I was about to leave when something hit my face, it wasn't hard or anything like that, in fact, it was soft and fluffy...I looked in front to see a long purple tail, Catnap? I looked up and saw Catnap sleeping on a tree branch*

*Dogday's mind:"he...he looks completely fine...not bandages or scars....am I dreaming?"*

*He snapped out of his thoughts when he felt a hand on his shoulder, he looked behind and saw Crafty, she no longer had the bandage on her hand, what was happening?*

Crafty: *whispering so that catnap couldn't hear her*
Dogday, bobby wanted to ask if you wanted her help on confess to catnap?

*Confess? Didn't....didn't he already do that? No, he didn't confess, he never did, but either way, it was kinda obvious that he and catnap were basically a couple at this point, however, everything seemed so different...like a deja vu*

*The others joined them, Dogday just stared at them, still processing everything, none of them looked hurt like he remembered they were.*

*Dogday's mind:this can't be real...can it?"*

Kickin:Heya Dog!
You wanna go bake some cookies with us?

Picky:yeah, we're gonna bake our smilling critter simbols as cookies!

*Everything felt like it had happened before, they haven't done that in years, they didn't look hurt at all, everyone was smilling, with happy expressions...did he...go to the past? No, that couldn't be it...but then, what? All he remembered was getting stabbed and saving catnap....*

*He remember this exact moment happening before "the hour of joy".*

*Wait....was he having memories? Was that it? Could the others have saved him in time? Would he wake up from this? How long would this last for?*

*For now he decided to go with the flow, he nodded and followed the others to picky's house where they would bake cookies*

*But well....it didn't go very well, the cookies go burned, again....he couldn't save the cookies in time to not alter anything from his timeline, he was afraid if he didn't go with how it was, he could alter something...*

(I'm really srry that this Chapter is so short, I lost creativity and idk what else to write, I might make a second part of this chapter when I have ideas, but rn this is all I have, I just have been a bit too dismotivated lately, however I have been having some ideas for videos which I might actually use the idea for a chapter or something)
