She was rifling through the stack of papers on her desk when a knock sounded on the door.

"Come in." Her eyes never left the work on her desk as she took in all the information that was present in front of her.

"Isa, he is here." Tyler's eyes glowed yellow for a moment before returning to its normal brown. Her own eyes shifted from the papers, the moonlight shining upon them.

"Is it the full moon, darling?" She asked.

He nodded, his eyes flashing yellow again. He looked stiff but also relaxed. She nodded towards the window. He gave her a toothy smile that showed off his large canines and flashed out the window.

Isabella kept her eyes at the open window, but still greeted her guest.

"I see you've made it here safely. Were my children polite as ever?" She asked, folding her arms behind her back.

"Yes, as always, Queen Isabella. Wouldn't mind if I took a bite out of-" His voice paused as the woman herself turned and gave him the stank eye. "Kidding, mi' lady. I know that you are very fond of these people and I gave you my word that I would not harm them in away." His British accent laid on heavy to appease the strongest woman in front of him.

"Believe it Niklaus, I will do everything to keep my people safe." She said deadly calm, her eyes turning completely white before returning to normal.

"Klaus is fine, love. So what is it that you needed me here for."

"Your blood is what I need." She said, cutting right to the chase. "It could be able to heal anything correct?"

Klaus looked at her with slight suspicion. "Yes but you have a strong traditional vampire within your grasp. Why call me?" He asked referring to Damon.

"Damon suggested I call you and that's what I'm doing. He thinks his blood might not be able to cure this, since this disease was with the victim when he was born. So it was either you or calling that Bennett witch but I am not allowing her near my children until she can prove herself changed and not kill them on the spot for being vampires. That goes for the rest of her little group of deviants." She hissed. "I do not want them anywhere near Damon or Tyler either."

"Well I have no idea on if my blood would work but I'll give it a shot." He said. "A favor from me to you."

"Alright then."

Klaus watched the tiny woman as she led him through different wings of the house. She looked relaxed but his senses proved differently. She was ready to defend herself and her thousands of cubs. They had more vampires than Mystic Falls itself. A lot more. He has been here a couple of times but the cold ones were never in a huge coven such as this. And their humans knew exactly who they were. And did not fear them.

The clean smell of the medical wing alerted him that they were closer to their destination. She paused at the third door on the left and knocked.
Immediately it opened. From what he could see on the inside, the workers bowed and gave her heartwarming smiles.

"Ms. Isabella. We have the patient detained and calm. Awaiting your orders ma'am."

Isabella smiled and stroked the woman's cheek.

"Lovely, you guys know I hate it when you do that. I told you, no matter what status we ate. We're family. So cut the ma'am shit out." She chided with a giggle. The woman beamed and stepped aside. He followed. "Niklaus has come to help. There isn't a guarantee that this method would work but it's what we can do now. This disease is fatal. It's a wonder how he's still alive." She explained.

Niklaus tilted his head at the burly man on the examination table after he greeted the workers. The man was dressed in a hospital gown and he looked dirty. But his eyes fixated on Isabella as soon as she came in the room. He was staring at her intensely.
"If this works, then it works." He was thrown out of his thoughts as she spoke again. "If not, then we find other methods." She gave him scrubs which he could wear over his clothes. Soon all of them surrounded the man. He was calm but his eyes flickered around frantically.

Isabella looked in the man's eyes and laid a hand on his forehead. He stared at her this time. While keeping his attention her, she softly spoke.

"Proceed."

Niklaus watched as the guys mask was pulled off of his face and looked at the decaying flesh with a slight grimance. But the man paid no mind as his face was exposed to them all. The veins under his eyes appeared and his fangs drew out. He took a bite out his wrist and held it above the man's mouth. Blood dripped down. It slowly passed the parted decayed lips.

They waited..
