Ryo's sudden anger sent a wave of fear through me, cutting through the alcohol haze. He stormed towards Chishiya, his intentions clear. The air was thick with tension, like a storm about to break.

I hesitated, feeling torn between stepping in and staying back. My heart pounded as I watched them face off. Ryo broke the silence first, his voice trembling with anger.

"What's your problem?" Ryo shouted, his fists tight at his sides.

Chishiya didn't flinch. His expression was calm, but his eyes were sharp. "I could ask you the same thing," he replied coolly. His face having a familiar smirk which was hiding his bursting anger and jealousy, maybe?

Their words became sharper, each one like a knife. The tension grew until it felt like it might snap. I stood there, a silent witness to their battle, unsure of what to do.

Then, in a sudden burst of movement, Ryo lunged at Chishiya. His fists flew, aiming to hurt. But Chishiya was quick. He moved smoothly, dodging Ryo's punches. It was clear he had experience, his reflexes sharp from years of surviving tough situations.

The fight was brief but fierce. The sound of their struggle echoed in the hallway. Ryo fought with all his might, but Chishiya was stronger and more skilled. Soon, Ryo was on the ground, defeated and breathless.

Chishiya stood over him, his gaze intense. He looked at me, his eyes burning with a mix of anger and something else I couldn't identify. Then, without a word, he turned and walked away, disappearing into the darkness.

I was left standing there, feeling shaken and alone. The hallway was quiet, the echoes of their fight still ringing in my ears. My mind was a whirl of emotions. I felt guilty for causing the fight, but I also felt a new sense of admiration for Chishiya. His strength and calmness impressed me.

The balance of power at "The Beach" had changed again. I knew I had to be careful. Trust was hard to find in this place, and I needed to navigate carefully through the tangled web of feelings and alliances.

Waking up with a migraine and a huge headache, I groggily changed into shorts and a bikini top, as required by the rules. I wished I could just wear a huge shirt and shorts. I walked to the cafeteria and grabbed a box of salad since I had been eating unhealthy food again. I didn't eat much, just the salad and some water. That was all.

Kuina then joined me. "Good morning," I yawned while greeting her.

"Morning," she smiled. "How'd it go? Did it work?"

"I think so—" I started to reply but was cut off by a male voice.

"Satoko, can we talk?" Chishiya's voice interrupted, and I turned to see him standing nearby, his expression serious.

Kuina glanced between us and gave me an encouraging nod before standing up. "I'll leave you two to talk," she said, walking away.

I sighed, feeling the weight of the previous night's events. "What do you want to talk about, Chiya?" I asked, trying to keep my voice steady.

Chishiya sat down across from me, his eyes searching mine. "About last night. What were you trying to do with Ryo?"

I looked down at my salad, picking at it with my fork. "I don't know. Maybe I was trying to hook up with him."
