Tony's arc reactor slowly floats away on the lake with everyone watching it. A thick silence lies over the crowd with Morgan and Pepper at the very front. Wanda watches from further away, standing next to Bucky and Sam.

Of course, this is sad, a funeral always is but she isn't just sad about Tony. Standing there makes memories resurface, memories of the funeral her family members didn't get.

Her parents didn't have a chance of a funeral, not in the middle of the war. Still, Pietro and Wanda had their own little memorial, sharing memories and digging holes in which they put flowers. It wasn't much but it was better than nothing. Pietro's funeral was a little more festive but there was no service like this either. Growing up on the streets doesn't leave one with many friends and the Avengers weren't their family back then. They are now but now it's too late. Clint was the only other person who showed up when her brother was buried. If she could go back, she would change that, make sure he was honored properly but she can't.

Standing here now, it reminds her painfully of how insignificant the former burials were.

Everybody deserves one last show of respect, not just heroes. And apparently, even as a hero you don't get a funeral every time. Wanda knows she shouldn't be angry at a funeral, and Tony does have her greatest respect but that doesn't change her feelings.

What about Vision? Where is his funeral? He might not have been a human being in the classical sense but he was a person and he died too.

Wanda clenches her fists in her coat pockets. His death shouldn't have been for nothing, he shouldn't have had to sacrifice himself like that. She could have done more, could have blasted him with more power, could have hurried up, could have done anything.

Back on the battlefield, she had Thanos in her grasp, was ready to make him pay. She easily could have done the same to prevent Vision from dying. So, why didn't she?

The question still keeps her up at night, just like every other thought about what could have gone different, how she could have saved them. Saved all of them. Those thoughts weigh heavy on her chest and fuel her anger. Anger that she didn't do it like that and anger that it ended like it did. Too many sacrifices, too many deaths and too many spilled tears.

She looks over at Clint and his family. Despite the sad occasion, he looks relieved, maybe even happy. He got his family back and gets another chance at being a father and husband.

He told her about what happened after she blipped. She learned that's what they called it. Five years passed while she was gone. It felt like seconds to her and she still can't comprehend how that much time could have passed. But Clint wasn't lying. The few people who survived the Blip were evidence enough, their lives continued, Morgan was born. Still, it felt too difficult to grasp all at once.

But those five years don't matter to Wanda, not really. It's the information she got next that struck her like lighting. Her frantic search for Natasha didn't go unnoticed and Clint pulled her aside to talk about that.

Until he said it out loud, she was still hoping there'd be any other reason as to why Natasha wasn't on the battlefield. She could have been done with fighting and being an Avenger. She could have started her own family, or moved back to the one she had. Wanda was clinging to that for the rest of the day, refusing to believe what Clint told her. Natasha wouldn't just leave her. Not like that, at least.

But she didn't leave for nothing, she gave her life so they could beat Thanos. She sacrificed herself just like Tony did. And yet, there is only one funeral being held. Another person she loves who doesn't get the memorial they deserve. It's beyond Wanda, how an Avenger isn't getting their own funeral. Or maybe she will, maybe Clint will know more.
