A gentle breeze blows, "It's... Warm." I open my eyes to a beautiful and magical garden.

Such beautiful flowers and bright green vines adorning the marble statues.

Everything looks as it's been decorated for someone in particular. Everywhere I turn, it's something out of my diary. It's... Perfect..

"Do you like your gift?"

I turned around and saw him. Jet black hair with beautifully brown eyes.

Still blushing, he picks a flower from the garden and puts it in my hair. "There. A beautiful flower for a beautiful lady.

"Sofia? Sofia!"

This was a nice dream to have, but I guess I have to wake up now.

"Yes mom. I'm up, I'm up."

My name is Sofia. Just Sofia. I was born in the village and live with only my mother. She runs a shoe shop.

I start my day by brushing my hair and I tie it up in a ponytail with a red ribbon. Most of my time is spent working in the shop with mom, though sometimes I get the afternoon off and am able to spend time with my friends.

Ruby and Jade I've been friends since we were eight. Then I became friends with Lucinda a year later.

During school is the most time I spend with them. Though now that I'm fifteen, I'm unable to attend school anymore.

After finishing work, I make my way over towards the shopping district to pick up Lucinda.

There, we spend the rest of the day window shopping, visiting the markets, and finally we fly over to the little patch of forest located outside the village.

"Hey Luci, don't you think it's a little dark today?"

She takes the basket from my hands and says, "It's fine. This part has always been like this. Now, where shall we have our picnic!"

We laid out the blanket and took out the food.

"I guess I was worried for nothing."

Lucinda nudges towards me and gives me a sandwich. "So... Anything new?"

"What should I tell her? Nothing new has happened so..." Then I suddenly remembered.

"LUCI!"

She flinches while holding a cupcake.

"Oops... Haha.. I'm sorry. I remembered that mom told me yesterday that she will remarry soon. And my whole world will change."

Luci puts down the cupcake and while having frosting on her face, gives me a big hug.

"I am SO happy for you!"

I know it IS a good thing, but before I could do anything, if I don't move I'll have frosting in my hair.

For the rest of the hour we spend telling each other stories and continue to chat until it's time to go back.

Since I was already very late, Luci spent the night in my house, and from there we chatted some more.

We then ended up falling asleep late and slept in the next morning.
