"Why is that brat there with my Jisoo?" Seungcheol frustratedly stabbed the sandwich in his plate with a fork as his eyes pierced through the skull of the guys laughing and giggling together a few tables away.

"Hey, relax. Would you? They have a project to discuss. Cut them some slack." Soonyoung patted the elder's arm reassuringly.

"Stop murdering your sandwich." Seungkwan rolled his eyes.

"You have a maths session with him later. Talk to him then." Seokmin nodded.

"Out of all the fricking people in this school, he just had to be paired with Yoon Jeonghan." He growled restlessly.

"Jeonghan Hyung knows about your feelings for Jisoo Hyung. There's no way he'd do something. Besides, he has Seokmin Hyung." Seungkwan munched on his burger.

"Then why the fuck does he not keep his hands to himself?" The trio followed the eldest's fierce gaze to see Jeonghan's hands actually touching Jisoo. A lot. To the extent even Seokmin felt irritated.

"Min, you okay?" Soonyoung held his hand.

"Why wouldn't I be? I'm totally okay. Hannie Hyung's just playing around again." Seokmin gave a fake smile.

"You don't need to pretend." Seungcheol looked at him.

"Excuse me." He got up from the table, showing no emotion, and quietly slipped out. But the others figured out that it was because Jeonghan nuzzled Jisoo's neck with his nose playfully.

"Hannie, stop! It tickles!"

Seungcheol's heart ached as he heard the nickname and the younger's soft laughter ring around the cafeteria.

Why Han? Why not me?

"Jeonghan Hyung better apologize to Seokmin Hyung." Seungkwan huffed.

"Hyung, I and Kwan need to go. Take care. See you after school today." Soonyoung smiled at him as he dragged a protesting Seungkwan out of the hall.

Not being able to stand the two anymore, Seungcheol finally got up and walked over to the table.

"Yoon, we got a class together." He scowled at the blonde as the pair turned to him.

"Hey, Cheol, meet Jisoo, my new friend." Jeonghan smiled not so innocently.

"Don't test my patience, Yoon." He held himself back from literally pulling Jeonghan away from the younger.

"What if I do? What are you gonna do?" He stood up to look back into the elder's eyes.

"Hannie? Cheol? You guys okay?" Sensing the tension, Jisoo finally intervened, and both were more than grateful for it.

They broke eye contact as Jeonghan looked at the floor and Seungcheol's eyes met the youngest's confused bambi ones.

"We're okay, Soo. You got a class, right? Run along now." He cupped Jisoo's face tenderly.

"Mhm. Take care, you two. See you guys later." He waved and departed, swinging his bag over his shoulder.

Seungcheol watched fondly until his sunshine turned around the corner and was finally out of sight. He turned to the blonde, not even a hint of warmth in those black eyes.

"What was that?" He glared.

"What was what?"

"Don't dare play dumb. Jisoo. What were you doing?"

"Does it concern you? He's not yours." Jeonghan smirked, only to make the latter's blood boil even more.

"Seokmin. He was hurt. Seeing you guys like that. Do you care?"
