I just arrived at the police station but I'm still just sat on my bike outside, I don't want to go in, because when I do, my freedom is gone, I will be placed with some random family that watches my every move, making it incredibly difficult to do my job.

Finally, taking a deep breath, I get off my bike and stroll into the building.

--------------------------------------------------------

After speaking to the guy at the front desk, he pointed me in the direction of a small 'interrogation room', the ones with the one way mirrors like the movies. which leads me to where I am now, sitting on one side of the table is officer Perry and my social worker, Jen, with me on the other.

Jen has a very high pony tail and a flowery clipboard, as well as a blue suit with small splashes of colour, she kind of looks like that one chick from wreck it ralph, it's hurting my eyes with all that colour. As for Perry, he kind of looks like a younger version of Simon Cowell? Well this is an interesting cross over.

Unsurprisingly, they have done a DNA test and are now asking me questions about my 'parents' drug abuse while we wait for the results.

-------------------------------------------------------

I've now been sat in this room for hours, Simon and Vanellope left ages ago and I'm just sat in silence, left to my own thoughts, which is never a good thing. All of a sudden Jen, struts in with an obnoxious smile on her face. How can someone be that happy all the time? "I have great news for you Chiara, we found your family, your dad is flying in from Spain as we speak! and-" I beg your fucking pardon. family? i can't even hear what Jen's even saying anymore, I stopped listening after she said family. Putting on my emotionless face I simply say "when he be arriving?", "he should get here in about three hours sweetheart, I'm so happy for you!", "thanks" I mutter, still not believing this new information.

----------------------------------------------------------

Around about three hours have passed now and I'm bored out of my mind, you'd think they could at least give me some entertainment, my phone stopped being interesting about 2 hours ago. All of a sudden Jen is walking in to the room with an older gentleman, he has a few grey hairs but not enough for him to look too old, his beard is perfectly trimmed and his suit looks tailored to his body. This man looks rich. I'm probably richer though. What catches my eye the most though, is his faltering cold expression when he looks at me and the iconic hazel eyes we both share.

This man is my father. He really exists. He's really here.
