Multiple Shonen Jump worlds have fused into one big world. (Y/N) was a normal person who ended up getting powers through the miasma that the fusion expended, becoming a hero. It was a weird situation, but everyone got used to it, (Y/N) even found it...
For those who haven't played Jump Force. The worlds of Shonen Jump ended up crossing over to the real world, the main character in the game ends up getting powers from the various anime through Umbras Cubes, allowing them to use other characters' abilities. This isn't the same but its heavily inspired.
(Y/N) is a Old Teen/Young Adult who was at the Nexus of the Jump Realities when the fusion happened, which enabled him to be able to apply all the power systems of the other worlds. He ended up becoming a sort of ambassador for the other realities after helping them defeat the various villains who decided to use the fusion to their advantage and take over multiple realities. He is known by many, if not all of the Jump worlds, and works as a freelance doing jobs for each world.
He's stoic, and has bite to him, a hunter to the core, he may seem standoffish but there's nothing he cares more for than his friends.
Tokyo was the main city where the fusion happened, as such dimensional rifts which leave parts of famous anime landmarks dot the areas around it such as the Hidden Leaf Village, U.A. Academy, Capsule Corp, Past the Grand Line etc.
This story takes place when everyone has already gotten used to the merge. A deadly pathogen starts to turn people into near-mindless cannibal predators... a story of survival, and a story of tragedy, and a story of romance?
These are the abilities he has managed to learn before the story begins:
-Dragon Ball: He can utilize ki attacks such as beams and shots.
-Naruto: He is skilled with utilizing chakra for ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu.
-One Piece: He has access to Haki, Observation and Armament predominantly. He is capable of Conqueror's but find its hard to actually control and utilize it, he needs more training with it.
-Hunter x Hunter: His Nen type is Enhancement, which he uses to enhance his weapons mainly.
-Bleach: He has learned to utilize his Reiryoku and also has his own Zanpakuto to which you can name, it is referred to as (Z/N), which forms as two twin blades.

-JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: (Y/N)'s Stand's name is up to you to choose, (S/N) is what it will be called in the story. Y/N's Stand is a double-edged sword. It's visualized as a string-based puppet which shoots its strings towards targets. These strings end up sending its targets into a battle state only against Y/N, basically forcing a target to want to only target (Y/N). Helpful for protecting someone else.

-Jujusu Kaisen: (Y/N)'s Cursed Technique is unique, he created a Binding Vow which makes his Domain exponentially more powerful and gives him reverse cursed technique but in return, his activation is slow and he can't use any other cursed techniques.
