HASEENA MALIK: Station house officer of Mahila police thana janpad Lucknow. She got transferred a week ago. She is engaged to Anubhav Singh. She's a sweet and bubbly police officer. She loves her family very much and very kind hearted also.

ANUBHAV SINGH: Deputy Superintendent of Police of Lucknow. He's engaged to Haseena. He is very polite and kind hearted person, loves his family very much.

Sonal Singh and Aakash Singh: Parents of Anubhav. They are very open minded and loves Haseena as their own daughter.
Sonal Singh runs an NGO along with Haseena's ammi and they are best friends.
Aakash Singh is police commissioner and best friend of Shahjahan Malik

Noor and Shah Jahan Malik: Parents of Haseena. They are very caring and loving.
Noor is partner of Sonal Singh in NGO and her best friend too while Shahjahan is IG of Lucknow and best friend of Aakash Malik.
