INT. BELLWOOD PARK - DAY
(The scene opens with BEN Tennyson (17 years old) battling ALBEDO in his human form. Both are exhausted, but determined.)
ALBEDO (tauntingly) Give it up, Tennyson. You can't win.
BEN (gritting his teeth) Watch me.
(Ben glances at his Omnitrix, noticing it's flickering and emitting strange sounds.)
BEN (to himself) Something's off... but I don't have a choice.
(Ben slams down the Omnitrix, transforming into BIG CHILL. The transformation is shaky and erratic, but it completes.)
BIG CHILL (BEN) (wings flaring) Let's finish this!
(Big Chill charges at Albedo, delivering a powerful ice attack that sends Albedo flying into a tree. Albedo groans, defeated.)
ALBEDO (struggling to stand) This isn't over, Tennyson!
(Albedo teleports away, leaving Ben alone in the park. Ben tries to revert back to his human form, but nothing happens.)
BIG CHILL (BEN) (confused) Uh, Omnitrix? Time to change back.
(The Omnitrix beeps but doesn't initiate the transformation.)
BIG CHILL (BEN) (annoyed) Great. Just great.
CUT TO: INT. BEN'S HOUSE - LIVING ROOM - LATER THAT DAY
(Gwen and Kevin are sitting on the couch, waiting. The door opens, and Big Chill (Ben) walks in.)
GWEN (surprised) Ben? Why are you still in Big Chill's form?
BIG CHILL (BEN) (sighs) The Omnitrix is on the fritz. I can't change back.
KEVIN (smiling) Looks like you're in for a chill day, Ben.
BIG CHILL (BEN) (glaring at Kevin) Not funny.
GWEN (serious) We need to figure this out. Let me see the Omnitrix.
(Big Chill extends his arm, and Gwen examines the Omnitrix.)
GWEN (thoughtful) It looks like the transformation sequence is stuck. We might need to reset it manually.
KEVIN (skeptical) And how do we do that?
GWEN (smiling) With a little magic.
CUT TO: INT. GARAGE - MOMENTS LATER
(The garage is filled with various tools and gadgets. Gwen sets up a small ritual circle while Kevin tinkers with some equipment. Big Chill watches, feeling out of place.)
BIG CHILL (BEN) (worried) Are you sure this is going to work?
GWEN (confident) Trust me, Ben. I've got this.
(Gwen begins chanting, her hands glowing with mystical energy. The Omnitrix starts to react, flickering and sparking.)
KEVIN (to Big Chill) Hold still. This might get bumpy.
FADE OUT.
