Chapter 2 verse 14 of Geeta.
Says the happiness and pain are the part of a person's life, just like the seasons on the earth changes with time, happiness and pain keep changing in our lives.

The thing we need to do is to tolerate all.
When I said to tolerate it remind me of a poem The Tiger in the Zoo by Leslie Norris.

[ He stalks in his vivid strips
The few steps of his cage,
On pads of velvet quite,
In his quite rage.

He should be lurking in shadow,
Sliding through long grass
Near the water hole
Where plump deer pass.

He should be snarling around houses
At the jungle's edge,
Baring his white fangs, his claws,
Terrorising the village!

But he's locked in the concrete cell,
His strength behind bars,
Stalking the length of his cage,
Ignoring visitors.

He hears the last voice at night,
The patrolling cars,
And stares with his brilliant eyes
At the brilliant stars. ]

Happiness and pain are the two pure emotions of everyone's life, no one can stop feeling anyone of them.

Like the tiger when he's out of the cage he was happy lives happily in the jungle roaming, hunting and terrifing people but when he's in cage he was sad and in pain of losing his freedom so he just keep walking back and forth in his cage.

The very same thing everyone feels depending on their life's current situation either happy or in pain.

No one can change this but just live with the happy situation or try to cop up from the pain they are in.
