HIS BRIDE: Union of two souls

PROLOGUE

The night was serene, a stark contrast to the storm brewing inside Eshank Raisinghania's heart. He stood on the balcony of their luxurious mansion, overlooking the city lights of Delhi. The air was cool, carrying the faint scent of roses from the garden below. Avleen Kaur, his wife, joined him, her presence a comforting warmth against the night's chill.

Eshank turned to her, his eyes dark and intense. "You know, Mrs. Raisinghania, you're quite the distraction," he said, a rare smile tugging at the corner of his lips.

Avleen looked up, surprised by the softness in his tone. "Oh really? And here I thought you were immune to distractions," she replied, a playful glint in her eyes.

He stepped closer, his tall frame towering over her. "When it comes to you, I'm finding it hard to stay focused," he murmured, his voice dropping to a seductive whisper.

Avleen's heart skipped a beat. "Is that so, Mr. Raisinghania? I thought you thrived on perfection and control."

Eshank reached out, gently tucking a loose strand of hair behind her ear. "Perfection is overrated. I'm learning that a little chaos can be quite... intriguing," he said, his fingers lingering on her cheek.

She felt a blush rise to her cheeks, her usual confidence wavering under his intense gaze. "Well, I'm glad I could add a little chaos to your life," she replied, her voice barely above a whisper.

Eshank's smile widened, his eyes softening with an emotion he rarely showed. "You've done more than that, mon ange. You've made me realize that sometimes, losing control is the best thing that can happen."
