Chapter 5: Sweet like a Cotton Candy

"This will be a short chapter" 

Lee opening his eye slowly and forgetting where he was, seeing himself shirtless and Sunny beside him sleeping peacefully and heavily laying his head on Lee's shoulder, "I missed seeing your face in the morning Sunshine" Lee whispered it to his ears kissing him with a soft peck on the lips, pinching his cheeks "I'm sorry for leaving you...I wish I didn't gone broke, if I had money that time I wouldn't had left you all alone" Lee whispering it, touching his hair, seeing Sunny opening his mouth and slowly opening eyes "Love, I am really thankful that you stayed again beside me. I'm glad that I didn't had the nightmare again" looking at Lee's face seeing the handsome face of him, hugging him more tightly but as if Lee is teddy bear and kissing his chest. "Want to take a shower together Love?" Lee asking without any hesitation as if they didn't broke up a few months ago. Sunny stands up from the bed while Lee is still sitting on the bed, Sunny pulled Lee to the shower, spending time on the shower, closing their eyes, their lips meeting, Lee's arms on Sunny's waist and His on Lee's shoulders. It was a true love's kiss.

How sweet can a candy go? Including a relationship, a friendship and a marriage that can last long for years, Can that love be sweet as a candy that makes you satisfied each day? It is like a candy tasting every different sweets while on relationships the more you experience different kind of efforts gives you butterflies. Love is an ordinary trial, at first; Love is getting manipulated by someone you love, getting gas lighted for you to believe you were wrong, and being traumatized for loving someone again because they might do the same thing. But love is something hard to achieve, love is unexpected and true, it shouldn't be rushed or faked, it is love when you both understand each other at the smallest misunderstanding and arguments, not all have to experience those.

Love was something Lee and Sunny had, love like a soulmate, souls that are liked married and connected with each other, perfect for each other's missing pieces.

Sunny and Lee are cuddling with a blanket on the living room's couch, watching a series on their TV; Lee asked Sunny while his arms are around on Sunny's chest "Love do you want to eat something? I'll cook for you" Lee kissing him on the cheeks while Sunny is thinking "hmm something to break my fast..." Lee asked him again removing his arms around him and crossing his arms as a gesture for him to choose "Do you want my cook or should we just order?" Sunny smilingly answered with no hesitation or thinking about his decision "Of course I would, my favorite one is your lasagna" Lee is happy because of his answer giving him a bright smile "just watch TV, I need to go to the grocery store then I'll be cooking your favorite lasagna, is it okay to you to be alone here?" before he can go out the door, Sunny shouts "I'LL BE FINE, BY THE WAY LOVE" Lee responds from his "Yeah what it is?" "I'll tell the other employees including Coco to have a rest day" "it's your choice love either you want them to have a rest day or not, I'll be back before you know it" going out to the door, he walks to a grocery store nearby on their apartment.

Lee at the Grocery, he bumps into someone who has a familiar face, before they bump into each other getting the tomato sauce for their Food, the person who Lee bumped to is familiarizing his face, Lee found out who he was first, it was Jake Echaves or Jakisha a nickname. Lee invited him at their place as a surprise for his best friend Sunny "Hey you are Jakisha right, we've met before on Sunny's Birthday a few years ago right?" Jake was surprised and he immediately recognized him from the image that Sunny sent to him several minutes ago "Oh you are Sunny's Ex-Boyfriend, I don't really know your real name, you are?" Lee responds "I'm Lee Vallente" Jake raises his eyebrow reading about his article months ago "oh you are that famous model who rumored that he was sexualizing the guys on their set" Lee was insulted to hear about the article after it has been months before that rumor was forgotten, Lee madly answers "Yeah but I am not someone who you all think I am, it was Coco's Lopez doing because of a simple personal argument we had" Jake knew after he spoke that he might think what he said was an insult "I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend you, by the way do you happen to see each other this past few weeks?" Lee smiled at him and replied "yeah I am working on his café for the upcoming months, after I saw Coco is working at Sunny's Café at weekends, it kind a made me mad about it, I still love Sunny with many reasons, I just don't want to be there at my worst and I don't wanna make him worried about me"
