This is going to be a small book for me simply to write and hopefully recover. I am going to mention a lot of personal things and some things that may be triggering to read. I will be going in deep sections that are not comfortable for readers. If you are squeamish about talking about blood, please set the book down and come back at a later time. I hope my book is helpful to someone to show that they are not alone in their battles. If this can reach one person suffering from whatever it is and is looking for someone they can relate to in some way, this is your sign. I am not a therapist, nor do I have a degree in psychology, so please do not take anything from this book as medical advice or something you should do for yourself. Everything should be evaluated by your doctor if you are scared or feel alone.

If you or someone you know is suffering from self harm or is suicidal, its never too late to reach out for help. I will leave the United States numbers in the back of the book for you as well as below. Please reach out to a helpline, whether voice or text, to talk to someone who cares. If you are reaching out for someone else, they can give you advice on what to do to help the person who is struggling

This is the USA Lines, but I don't have the numbers for people outside of the US unfortunately
