The gruff male voice snorted, "What do you think? He went on about how he thinks the Anomaly is some ancient dragon deity awakening to punish humanity..."
A female voice responded, "Well...you can't say the Anomaly isn't unusual...."
"Obviously, but an ancient dragon deity? Please, it's probably just some overlarge undiscovered species of dragon-"
BANG!
The figures staggered as a loud earth-shattering bang came from the Anomaly, a few buildings around the anomaly crumbled as the Anomaly began slowly moving, its right limb stretching and crunching the house in its grip. The long slender, black tail began uncurling and stretching, smashing more buildings and land. Then its head rose, long black horns rising up through the dust that was kicked up, then its eyes opened and revealed blood-red Scalera and black slits for pupils, long black leathery wings stretched and tensed before it raised its head to the sky and gave a loud roar.
The sound from the roar burst the eardrums of any being within its radius, the shrill sound echoing across the lands, its bottom jaw split apart revealing a roar of sharp teeth and a throat with a burning white glow. Then its head lowered down to the ground with a low-toned growl.
The Anomaly slumped forward, a shattering footstep crushing the rest of a building foundation, its long tail dragging across the Earth, its arms tensing and hanging from its thin, frail-looking body.
A white glow went over the area.
Shining over the buildings and causing any watching to cover their eyes with their forearms, the glow shining through the light mist and dust blowing through the streets.
The glow moved forward with the Anomaly, its breathing coming struggled through its closed mouth, the eyes were unfocused and looking in different direction before snapping to one area and staring at the area for a very long time.
Its wings stretch taunt before closing against its body, its mouth opened with a huff of hot breath which sent steam gushing towards the ground incinerating wood.
Then it raised its head up and faced the sky before releasing an Earth-shattering roar, smashing windows; bursting the eardrums of anyone within hundreds of feet of the creature, a long echo followed the silence as the creature closed its mouth before opening it again in a bright white glow.
The glow went upwards and extended from the Anomalies mouth; it penetrated the dark clouds causing a swirl like a draining whirlpool upside down before lighting the entire lands in bright white, humans who stared directly at it went blind from the pure light then many objects seemed to be falling from the ground, there was a loud eerie whistling noise as the light objects feel before they hit the ground and massive explosions followed when fumes of debris followed, scattering the lands and massive chunks of buildings and foundation crushed trees and smashed into rocks sides, causing avalanches of rock.
The debris continued to fall as the fumes went into the atmosphere spreading a dark cloud around the land.
The Anomaly roared again; followed by the shrill sound.

"....S-sir the Anomaly, I-it shot something from its mouth- it looked like light and then...then...."
"....No need, I was watching from afar...."
"What does this mean?!"
"It means.....The world has a new, or old, master...."
