Alicia pov:
I can't believe the whole fight with kaylee and Lacey happened. I pace back and forth down the hospital waiting room. My foster mom got a call.
"Hello?" She said. Her face said it all. She looks shocked. Then happy. "Thanks so much!!!" She said and hung Up the phone. "Alicia!" She said
"Yeah?" I turned.
"We finally adopted you!"
Everything stops. Like everything was in slow motion. I am adopted? Is this really happening? I'm going to see Kaylee for the rest of high school??
"Alicia. Don't worry about kaylee. We are moving to Florida!!" She said
"Oh my gosh!!!" I grinned from ear to ear.
The doctor walked in.
"Ma'am? Your daughter Lacey is perfectly fine. The only problem was with the shock. She will be tired for a few days. And sleep a awful lot..."
Lacey walks in. She runs up and hugs me. I hug her back.
"I'm adopted." I whisper.
She pulls back and holds her hands over her mouth she cries tears of joy.
"We're moving." Said my new mom.
I'm adopted.
