“Lavanya! Lavanya! Lavanya!” Cheers Kabir, Vihaan with Papa's support.

“Ruhaan! Ruhaan!” Cheers Anvi.

“I got one!” I say lifting my hand from the milk Water.

Ruhaan looks up in my hand, scrunching his nose. Kabir and Vihaan jolted with loud Cheers. Anvi gave condolence to Ruhaan and he stared at her.

It's my first day in Mehrotra Mansion as daughter-in-law and I am determined to win against Ruhaan in the ritual of finding the ring in milk water filled with petals. First ring I got and I am hoping to get the other two. Whoever will get all three of them will have their upper hand in the marriage.

I want the other two times not because I want to have an upper hand in this marriage but I like to see if Ruhaan has any urge to win against me, or any desire to have the upper hand. Our hands collieds for several times, sending a sensation I couldn't decipher but again goosebumps came.

He smirks and I know he got the ring this time. As suspected, he held the ring higher between us. Looking at me through the Ring. The moment was utterly beautiful that I was blushing at him straight looking at him and I will cherish it forever. It made me smile involuntarily despite my attempt to be angry at him.

“I got this one adorbs” What's with him with this name he has been using Since our natter on the plane. I am still reeling his cute chuckles at my words, in my mind. I was mesmerised When I witnessed his dimples. The mere thought of our conversation still sends a relief in me, I was looking for.

We dragged Our hands in petal filled milk in search of the last ring. We are in the living room and even chacha and chachi is watching like a cricket world cup is happening on the floor.

“FOUND IT!” I exclaimed

“Yes! Bhabhi you won!”  Vihaan in joy threw few punches in air

“At Least now we have someone who will give equal competition to this crackhead!” Said Kabir and everyone broke into a fit laughter Except Ruhaan and me, I was giggling. And Ruhaan mumbled a few coherent words towards Kabir. And asusal Kabir didn't mind it.
