Chapter 2: Rejoining Time! (ta-da!)

Ever since Bot got eliminated after episode 14, Cabby has been pretty bummed out. Not only were they one of her closest friends, but she was also starting to get more... attracted to them? 

"No, Cabby, snap out of it! You have to focus on the competition, one million dollars is on the line here!" 

Despite all of this, Cabby couldn't stop thinking about them. So when MePhone told the remaining contestants that there would be another rejoin, Cabby was more than excited to spend more time with them.

Over at Indefinite Island, Bot would also be thinking about last episode. 'I only kissed Cabby to make her feel better, but why am I feeling... different?' They decided not to tell anyone about what happened just yet, since they still had to process their emotions.

"Alright, Indefiniters, you know what time it is! Hop on the boat, we'll be heading to the island for the rejoin!" Walkie-Talkie said excitedly, even though it was the middle of the night. 

Despite being tired, Bot complied and hopped on to the boat, alongside the other Indefiniters who didn't leave the island. They were exhausted, but at the same time happy to be able to see Cabby again.

When they reached Invitational Island, Bot ran over towards Cabby, who was busy talking with Yin-Yang, and gave her a big hug. 

"Hi there, Cabby! Long time no see, huh?" Cabby was caught quite of guard by them, as she was in the middle of telling Yin-Yang the wonders of swings. 

"O-oh, uh, yeah! Long time no see, Bot!" Cabby smiled and hugged Bot in return, but in the corner of her eye, she could see Test Tube glaring at her. This made Cabby slightly uncomfortable, as they let go of Bot.

"Soo... Bot! You planning on rejoining?" Cabby asked them. "Yup! I'm not letting Nickel and Balloon's silly little arguements get in the way of my victory!" Bot said proudly, raising both of their arms in the air. 

As Cabby let out a small laugh, they suddenly heard a large gasp. When they went over to see what the commotion was all about, they saw Blueberry, unconscious on the sand, not breathing.

Everyone was in disbelief. Who could've intentionally done this to Blueberry? "Listen everyone, we refuse to start the rejoin challenge until somebody please confesses to the murder!" 

As Walkie and MePhone were discussing about the murder, MePhone suddenly got an idea to turn the current situation into the new rejoin challenge. "Of course he did." Cabby muttered under her breath.
