Hae In and Hyun Woo's journey to renew their vows on the anniversary of what would have been their child's 4th birthday sounds like a deeply meaningful and poignant moment.

Overcoming the challenges of Hae In's partial memory recovery and the 3 years when they were "married but not married" must have been incredibly difficult, but their desire to make up for that lost time and honor their angel baby speaks to the strength of their love and commitment to each other. The image of them exchanging vows on a breezy October 31st morning is a beautiful and symbolic one.

Hae In is making a good progress with her memories although it is still bit and pieces. Hyun Woo has been so supportive and encouraging but not pushy in making her remember things & he is always there to help her reconnect the dots.

One evening after their dinner at the Hongs residence, Hae In stepped into Hyun Woo's old bedroom where the room was lit up by the tiny little star on the ceiling. She remembered this tiny little star as her angel baby who would be so loved, should he or she have been born. Yes, she didn't get the opportunity to know the gender of their baby when things happened but she already loved him or her so much. Hae In searched somewhere in her drawer for the first ultrasound picture of her little baby.

As she looked at the ultrasound picture, a memory flashback came so quickly & she remembered Hyun Woo's teary and proud face when they knew she was 4 weeks pregnant

As she looked at the ultrasound picture, a memory flashback came so quickly & she remembered Hyun Woo's teary and proud face when they knew she was 4 weeks pregnant. Unknowingly, Hyun Woo was observing her from the door & feeling a little emotional as he remembered that proud moment too. Hyun Woo walked towards a teary Hae In and hugged her from the back.

As Hyun Woo wrapped his arms around Hae In from behind, she instinctively leaned back into his embrace. The warmth and familiarity of his touch brought a sense of comfort and security. Hae In reached up to tenderly hold his hands, her fingers intertwining with his. The ultrasound picture was still clutched in her other hand, a tangible reminder of the life they had once created together.

They knew they didn't have many moments to talk about this angel baby they lost because they were both grieving in their own ways. Hyun Woo gently placed his hand over hers, gazing at the image with awe and wonder."Our baby," he whispered, his voice thick with emotion. Hae In nodded, a few more tears spilling down her cheeks. Hyun Woo pressed a soft kiss to HaeIn's temple, his heart swelling with so much love for her.

Hyun Woo wasn't sure if she was ready to talk about this. Even though Hyun Woo used to pray for a family of his own, he knew that at this very moment, after all they have gone through, it is just enough having Hae In by his side with or without a child.

"Hae In-ah.. Gwenchana? I want you to be ok before we talk about this, hmmm..", Caressing her hands gently.. "I want you to know that I am here for you. Hong Hae In, you are the most precious person to me and our baby will always have a special place in my heart. So please don't blame yourself. These things happen, and it's not your fault. I love you, and that will never change, regardless of whether we can have more children or not".

Pulling Hae In into his embrace, HyunWoo could still hear her sobs. "All that matters to me is that you are safe and healthy, now. We'll figure this out together, one step at a time. Let's just focus on taking care of each other and healing from this. Whatever the future holds, we'll face it together, my love. You are the one I want to spend the rest of my life with, and that will never change. I'm here for you, no matter what..". Hyun Woo placed a gentle kiss on her forehead.

Hae In felt so blessed being in HyunWoo's arms & she thought, what have she done in her previous lifetime to deserve a man like Hyun Woo in this life? Hyun Woo was so understanding despite him feeling equally sad at the loss of their baby. But here he is, comforting her too. They sat facing each other, wiping each other's tears knowing that the time has come for them to get a closure of their little angel.

"Baek Hyun Woo, saranghae... I will choose you a thousand times over to be my husband. Thank you for loving me and being there for me through good times and bad times....". Hae In leaned forward and gave him a gentle kiss on his lips. As their lips met, Hyun Woo felt a warmth spread through him. He looked at his wife, marvelling at how she has grown even more beautiful now.

Hyun Woo responded by pulling Hae In closer, returning the kiss with a gentle pressure. Their lips danced together, reconnecting in a familiar, intimate way. Time seemed to slow down as they got loss in each other's heated embrace. Hae In's hand came up to caress his cheek, sending chills through his skin. As their kiss deepened, their passion building, Hyun Woo laid Hae In gently on her back, never breaking their connection. He continued kissing her as their lips move together in sensual rhythm.

Hands roamed and caressed as they gave in to their deepening desire. The night stretched on as they savoured every intimate moment together, their love burning brighter than ever before. Little that they know the closure of their angel baby sparked the possibility of having another child, a hopeful future after their past heartbreak.

Author's Note:
Hi! I do not know who will read this. As you can tell, I am so emotionally attached to Baby 1031 & thought we all deserved that proper closure too. Unfortunately, it wasn't properly done for BaekHong. And I had this idea of this for quite awhile now. This is the first time I'm writing a story based on a Kdrama & part of this story (as we progress, if ever) is based on real event. I would appreciate feedback & ways to improve. Thank you for reading, whoever you are.
