Plot - Issei is just your average teenager... well if you count him being the black sheep of the Hyoudou family. Because of his Brother he lived a life filled with misery and the only source of joy was with his Grandparents but they couldn't live long for him. But they didn't left him on his own they got him a apartment and was paid by a Yakuza lord who was close friends to his grandparents and was the least they could do for him in their passing and helps there favorite grandson Issei. However he continues the hardship with his family but he continues to push forward and look at the future... However, overtime his life started to get boring with everything he has been doing.

Endless studying, getting beaten up from his brother, Girls not interested in him, few friends, and not being popular.

He needed something else in his life, a fresh start. So that day changed after being asked out by a girl named Yuuma Amano he thought this was the moment his life would change... very true words... but not this... dying in the floor... a burning sensation of anger... a cold feeling from the air...

Issei - "Come back here... you bitch... why... blame god?... I should blame myself... for being weak... and for believing in a bitch like you... you laugh at me because I'm human... And that was the second start of his new life as a Monarch, Emperor and the strongest person in the world. His power eventually attracting the attention of Devils, Angels, and supernatural being to be recruited. But will he join? Or will he fight back? In a world where you can't run away. In a world were power is everything. In a world where the weak can be the strongest to threaten the supernatural.

1 - The story will follow the same from Solo Leveling but with a mix of DxD in it. Or sometimes going off the rails.

2 - Issei will have a harem like always but I'm currently thinking of ways on having Cha Hae. Ether have one of Issei girls to act like her or have a OC character to play as her in a way.

3 - Issei personality... overall he only cares for his own unless their some kind of gain. He's basically a Anti-hero reason he wouldn't hesitate on killing a person from someone faction if he saw them as potential enemies.

4 - Issei will have a of Sung Jin ability but I want to add another power so do you have any suggestions.

5 - This story might be short with some time skip here and there. Maybe who knows
