"Ugh I hate finals so much. I am going to quit studying"  Chloe said. Her red hair tied into a messy bun and her black eye bags stuck out even more. "If you want to graduate, you have to keep studying." Stella is always studying and gets no sleep. She was highlighting a sentence while she looked at Chloe. "Chlo !" I  slapped her awake before she could doze off into her "deep" slumber.

"Ow ! " She bounced back to reality after that. It was two am and we'd already been up hours today. " I swear I'm going to bed now. That's it . Too much studying." I fell flat on my bed and groaned. " Just stay up one more hour." Stella needs to stay off my back, I can't study for my whole life.

"No. Im done studying. Good night." I didn't even wait for a response and just slept. I haven't slept in so long that I was starting to hallucinate. "Wait! Look at the TV !" Chloe screamed which awoke me and probably the whole floor. I groaned again until my jaw dropped. I had no words. There standing in screen was my brother. "Jack Cameron. You did it" Stella smirked. Of course she was happy too. After all, she was dating him. "There is no way." I was shocked but apparently everyone was too.

I heard all the gasps on our floor since the walls were paper thin. My brother, the captain of the football team. His team won the championships. I don't know why the news got out at two. I think since their game rained out and it was late. I'm proud of him but now that means the deal has to take place. By a deal a mean his deal. Me and him had a deal where if he won the championships that means he has to find me a man.

Our family have this thing where we have to be taken before we graduate college. Marriage, relationship, engagement all of that stuff. But I haven't had a serious relationship since my boyfriend of four years. It had been a year since that but I can't shake off him cheating on me, and with my "bestfriend" of years. I hated them both but they had been apologizing nonstop. Instead of listening to that I blocked them. Instead they always got new SIM cards and kept texting me.

My phone lit up. At the same time I got a text from my ex and a call from my brother.
