Wake up sweetheart!' Porsche! 'Vegas then feel Porsche's pulse and say..' His pulse is quiet weak.. I need to take Porsche to hospital.. Vegas quickly help to put on the clothes for Porsche... Vegas then grab his clothes and quickly wear it and carry Porsche out from the cave...

After 20 minutes later...

Vegas arrives at the hospital and say with a panic voice and say... 'Doctor! Please help me! My partner suddenly cough blood and there is a blood came out from his nose just now... Please.. Please check on him na krub...' The doctor then say... 'Please calm down first Mr Vegas.. I hope you will be patient.. And.. Please stay outside na krub.. I will return to you shortly..' Vegas nod and sit down on the chair... Vegas starts to feel anxious... 5 minutes later... The nurse come out and say.. 'Mr Vegas kha... The doctor would like to talk to you na kha.. There is no way to cure this disease... You only can monitor him...' Vegas bow his head and say... 'Thank you so much doctor...' The doctor then nod and leave... Vegas stroke Porsche's head gently and look at him with a worry expression... After 2 hours later... Porsche slowly open his eyes and look around... Vegas then ask.. 'Sweetheart.. Are you already awake?' Porsche then ask.. 'Why am I here na krub? What happened to me?' Vegas help Porsche then say... 'Let's go home sweetheart...' Porsche nod and go home with Vegas...

As they arrives... Vegas then see Jeed is already waiting for him at his village... Vegas frown and ask.. 'Aunty.. What are you doing here?' Jeed then say.. 'Im here to visit you both... Where have you two been?' Vegas clear his throat and say... 'We spent our time together at my secret place... But.. Something happened to Porsche.. So I took him to the hospital na krub...'
