I looked around, waiting for Kou and Teru to finish talking so I could talk to Teru privately. As Kou left to finish cooking dinner I grabbed Teru's hand and pulled him into the living room. 

"Hey!! Kuri! What was that fo-" Teru looked at me and stopped talking as he quickly asked "Are you ok?" I was sad, I felt like I wanted to cry but before I did I held my head low and braced myself.

"I'm moving away" I finally said it. 

"You're moving away? You're joking right?" Teru looked at me, looking like he was going to cry himself. "When are you moving?" 

I was ready to cry for what I was about to say "Tomorrow.." I grimly replied, tears slowly dripping. 

"Why didn't you tell me sooner? If you would then I would have made these few last days special! Why did you lie?" Teru shouted, clearly angry. 

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!" I cried, startled that he was this angry. 

"I'm sorry!" I continued crying as Teru stared at me, shocked at the sight. Me, being a coward started running away, out of the living room, out of the house until I finally reached mine.

I couldn't sleep, scared of what he thought of me after I told him that, and wondering if Kou and Tiara were going to be okay. But before I knew it, it was the morning, it was time to leave already. Before I went into the car, I quickly wrote an good-bye letter and left it in the mailbox of the Minamoto family.
