"What happened? Where were you both?" Mrs. Park asked them as soon as they entered. They both glanced at each other before replying.

"Nothing! Some emergency came so..." Mr. Park trailed. Mrs. Park didn't seem convinced but nodded anyway and they resumed their dinner. After the dinner, they got ready to bid their goodbyes to each other.

"Yn!" Haeun said and hugged her. They both had made an excellent bond with each other.

"Haeun!" Yn said back in the same tone as her, which made everyone chuckle at their cuteness, but Jimin just rolled his eyes and sighed, somewhat annoyed. His mother hit him with her elbow and he winced.

"Ah! What?" he whispered to his mother and she glared at him.

"Stop being so cold! By the way, what do you think of Yn?" She asked him straightforwardly and Jimin choked in the thin air, catching everyone's attention immediately.

"What happened? You okay?" His father asked him and he nodded.

"Mom!" He said in disbelief while looking at her. "She's just a kid, not even an adult mom she didn't turn 19!" He added. His mom rolled his eyes and went from there, leaving him still in disbelief of his mother's thoughts.

Soon, they all left the place one by one. But Yn could feel someone's eyes continuously watching her every nick move. Still, she managed to stay normal and ignore it to the best of her ability.

_________

Stepping inside his room, Jimin breathed out a breath of tiredness as he directly made his way toward the bathroom.
Coming out only in a towel wrapped around the torso, he walked into the closet room before grabbing only a pair of sweatpants. Wearing it, he sat on his study chair and opened his laptop to continue his work of replying to emails.

After what was an hour, he finally closed his laptop and stretched his head back, a deep exhale leaving his plump lips. Standing up, he directly laid on his bed and closed the little lamp. The once-lit room again shifted towards the darkness, which somewhere resembled the loneliness of Jimin's heart and soul. Once more, the morning sun will fill the room with its light. I wonder, will Jimin's loneliness fade away?

Next Day...

Jimin was all ready for his office when a knock disturbed the tranquility of the room. Allowing the person on the other side to enter, he again proceeded with his work. But his fingers halted when he heard his sister's voice reflected into his ears by the darkly painted walls.

"Oppa, mom and dad are calling for you." She said, causing Jimin to nod and turn towards her. Grabbing her hand in his, he pulled her out with him and they both stepped down the stairs and towards the living room. Even though he behaved coldly, no one can deny the love and care he had for his family, especially for Haeun. He loved her the most, for she was his younger sister and the little bubble of joy and happiness in his life.

Seeing them coming together yet again, Mrs. Park couldn't hold back the smile urging to form on her lips seeing the love and generosity of her son for Haeun.

After all, she's the one who taught him the atticates!

Jimin made Haeun sit on her chair before sitting on his, and looked into his parents' eyes, nodding in tiny, signaling them to put whatever thoughts they had into words. And they did, after taking a deep breath.

"You remember. Yesterday, me and Shin went out to talk about something after the waiter's incident..." Jimin looked at his dad cautiously, his mind already getting a glimpse of where it was going. "...So, Shin told me about his fear for Yn, and her safety. He was really worried for her." Mr. Park continued, yet Jimin frowned.

Why are they telling this to me?

"So, what does it have to do with me?" Jimin questioned.

"Son, we have thought of something.." Mrs. Park took the lead this time.

"What is that?" Jimin asked. His voice was stern.

"We have thought of arranging you both together. You and Yn!" Mrs. Park said, bluntly, causing Jimin and Haeun's eyes to pop out. Jimin abruptly stood up, too shocked to say something.

"WHAT!!!" Haeun exclaimed, her eyes soon regaining their normal shape, and a toothy smile came on her lips. She exclaimed like a fangirl and jumped on her chair, clapping her hands in tiny and giggling. The couple smiled at her cute reaction, but Jimin just stared at her with a done face.

"Why're you so happy about it?" He asked in his cold tone. Haeun's movements stopped, her smile fading and she looked at him with her puppy eyes.

"Oppa, please marry Yn. She's so sweet and cute, and now my best friend also. We both will stay together and will have so much fun!!" She ejaculated, too happy to even think about Yn living there with them.

"You think I'll live my life according to you?!" JImin said, his voice a bit raised which made Haeun's smile fade, yet again with little tears brimming at the corner of her eyes. She wasn't used to such scolding, at least not from her beloved Oppa. It was the least when he scolded her, but whenever he did, it never did any good to Haeun—it made her hate her brother. Only for the meantime though.

"I don't want to talk to you! You're a meanie!" She yelled, unable to understand even a bit about the seriousness of the situation. After all, she was just a teenager, a 15-year-old girl.

Yes, she's younger than Yn. There's a gap of 3 years between them, but still, the bonding they shared was as if they were born at the exact same time, and had known each other since eternities!

Jimin sighed and walked towards her, bending down to her level and lightly pecking her forehead. "Haeun, I am sorry for snapping like that!... And one more thing, life is never a supporter. We can't always get what we want. We should think about other people too before trying to force our decisions on them. I hope you're getting what I'm saying?" Jimin detailed her, his voice soft, which was a very rare scene. Haeun looked at him for some time, her eyes still moist from the tears earlier, and her lips pouted downwards.

Jimin raised his brows, re-asking her the question without any spoken words, and she nodded. Jimin gave her a small smile, again a rare scene; before standing up.

"But what's your answer now, Mr." Mrs. Park asked him, and he sighed before responding.
