In the halls of school, feeling small,
Comparing yourself, to them all.
Weight, looks, and grades on display,
Leaving you lost, in the fray.
But listen close, hear me say,
It's okay to feel this way.
You're not alone, in this fight,
Hold on tight, to your light.
You're more than the numbers, more than the crowd,
Your worth isn't measured, by who's around.
Take your time, it's okay to be confused,
Counting followers, and proposals too.
Thinking it defines you, but it's not true.
Attention from boys, and girls alike,
Don't let it drown you, in their spike.
You're stronger than you think you are,
A shining light, embrace the scar.
You're not defined, by their gaze,
In your own path, find your blaze.
Take a breath, and find your way,
It's okay to not be okay.
But don't let confusion, hold you down,
You're destined for more, wear your crown.
To all the teens, who fight each day,
You're brave and strong, in every way.
Keep moving forward, don't give up,
I'm proud of you all, for not giving up.
