Meant To Be

It was right after he presented as a beta that Jimin worries started. He has known for a while now that is Yoongi the one who he must follow for the rest of his life. But it isn't common to a high-level alfa be mated with a beta. Betas are supposed to be caregivers of the pack only.

Three years ago Yoongi has presented as a alfa and, being from the main family, is expected for him to take one of his omega cousins as a mate, so the linage won't be braked.

Still, for two years, Yoongi hasn't participated in the mating ceremony.

But Jimin never was one to go with the flow afraid of challenges. He has a plan and is going to stick with it.

He got his things and took his way into the woods, his first goal in mind: find the perfect first courting gift to Yoongi.

After a long hunting day, Jimin was at his cabin stocking the meat he got earlier and finishing the soup he had prepared to dinner when a knot was heard at the front door. He didn't have to see to know who it was.

The door them got opened and a delightful scent of mahogany and sage was carried with the wind.

- Good night, hyung! - Jimin said without looking away from his task.

- Ahhhg! How the hell you always know that is me? - Yoongi asked while closing the door and taking his boots off.

- The wind tells me. - Jimin smiles playfully, coming to hug him and being welcomed with a bone breaker embrace. - Did you have dinner?

- Actually, I was hoping to get it with you. - Yoongi answers through the blond locks of the beta hair.

- Good! Because I was hoping you would show up.

They ate while talking about the day. Yoongi told Jimin that his mother is insisting to him to participate at the mating ceremony, even if as a viewer. The alfa said that as a son of the pack leader that are things that request his presence.

Although, his older brother hasn't be forced to appear in years, as an omega, he has the word about coming or not to this ceremonies, so did his omega father. But his mom liked to show his pups to the pack, a remind of how Min blood was strong

You know? A male omega wasn't supposed to be able to get an alpha pregnant, only other alphas should do. But Yoongi's parents fought against all odds and not only his mother showed pregnant a feel weeks after the mating ceremony, but also had a second child three years later.

Jimin and Yoongi were sitting next to each other at the couch, one of the beta's legs over the alfa's while his head rested at Jimin's shoulder.

- Hyung! - The beta called after a few minutes in silence.

- Yes, Jiminnie! - Yoongi's voice sound lazy and drowsy.

- I have something for you!

- Yeah? - The alpha raised his head to look the other in the eyes. - And what is it?

-I'm going to give it to you – The blond reached the side table grabbing the purple package on top of it. - But you must listen to me after you open it.

-Okay! - Yoongi sounded unsure. - Give it to me then!

Jimin straightened up and crossed his legs under himself waiting for the reaction of the other.

He rent the tissue paper grabbing the fox fur that was in it. The fur was soft and shiny, Yoongi couldn't resist the impulse, so he took it to his face feeling the texture.

-So? - Jimin asked, incapable of wait more.

-It's beautiful, Jiminnie! But what is it for? Isn't my birthday yet.
