Rawal Singh stood before the portrait of Indraani, his gaze fixed upon it, his face devoid of any emotion. Aware of his parents' intentions for him to remarry after her passing, Indraani had arranged for Durgavati to stay with their son. She understood that Rawal would be incapable of caring for Tahir, which is why she chose not to inform him about the portrait she had commissioned and the accompanying letter

"Kya socha hai aapne"

(What did you decided)

He turned around slowly and noticed Durgavati staring at him with a blank expression. Tahir, the rightful ruler of the throne, is not receiving it, causing Durgavati to become angry. The king is engrossed in his wife's words, neglecting his elder son, Rawal Singh, who attempts to leave, further fueling her anger

"Agar aapne tahir ko singhasan nahi diya to hind aur awadh ke bich me yudh hoga"

(If you didn't give the throne to tahir than there will be a war between awadh and hind)

Upon hearing his words, he abruptly halted and pivoted to face her, causing her to glare at him. He let out a dark chuckle as he advanced towards her, prompting her to meet his gaze with a dark stare of her own. She alone understood the depth of her disdain for the man before her, while Rawal Singh simply stared back and spoke

"Hamaara Putra hamaare khilaaf yudh nahi karega.."

(My son won't do a war against me)
