The sun had barely risen over Brisbane, casting a soft glow over the city as Jesse quietly slipped out of bed. He glanced at Y/N, still asleep, her hair splayed across the pillow. She looked peaceful, and he hated to leave her, but training awaited. He had a crucial match coming up, and every session counted.

Jesse moved through their apartment with practiced silence, grabbing his gear and a quick breakfast before heading out the door. The early morning air was crisp, and the streets were still mostly empty. As he drove to the training ground, his mind was focused on the drills and strategies for the day.

At the training ground, the energy was high. The team was working hard, pushing their limits. Jesse was in the zone, his movements precise and powerful. His teammates admired his dedication, often joking that he lived and breathed rugby.

Meanwhile, back at the apartment, Y/N stirred awake to find Jesse gone. She knew how important his training was, especially with the upcoming game. But today, she had a plan. She wanted to surprise him and show her support in a way he wouldn't expect.

She quickly got dressed, grabbed a coffee and some pastries from their favorite café, and headed to the training ground. As she approached, she could hear the sounds of drills and laughter. She spotted Jesse on the field, his focus intense as he led his teammates through a particularly challenging drill.

Y/N waited until there was a break in the session before making her way over. The moment Jesse saw her, his serious expression melted into a smile. He jogged over, his eyes lighting up with surprise and happiness.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" he asked, his voice filled with delight.

"I thought I'd bring you a little breakfast and some moral support," Y/N replied, holding up the coffee and pastries.

Jesse took the coffee, his eyes never leaving hers. "You're amazing, you know that?"

Before she could respond, Jesse's teammates started to notice her presence. They began to gather around, curious and amused. One of them, a burly forward named Patty, clapped Jesse on the back.

"Well, well, look who's got a personal cheerleader," Patty teased, grinning widely.

Another teammate, Jordan, chimed in. "And she brings breakfast too? Jesse, you're one lucky guy."

Jesse laughed, pulling Y/N closer. "Alright, alright, guys. This is Y/N, my girlfriend. Y/N, these are the clowns I call my teammates."

Y/N smiled, shaking hands with each of them. "Nice to meet you all. I've heard a lot about you."

"All good things, I hope," Patty said with a wink.

"Mostly," Y/N replied with a laugh.

As the teasing continued, Jesse couldn't help but feel a swell of pride and happiness. Having Y/N there, seeing her interact with his teammates, made him realize how perfectly she fit into his world. It was as if she had always been a part of it.

The coach blew the whistle, signaling the end of the break. Jesse gave Y/N a quick kiss. "Thanks for coming. It means a lot."

"Anytime," she said, smiling up at him. "Go show them what you're made of."

Jesse returned to the field, his steps lighter and his heart fuller. The rest of the training session flew by, and he felt more motivated than ever. His teammates continued to tease him, but it was all in good fun. They could see the positive effect Y/N had on him, and they were genuinely happy for their friend.

As the session ended, Jesse found Y/N waiting for him by the sidelines. He wrapped his arm around her, feeling content and grateful.

"Ready to head home?" she asked.

"Absolutely," Jesse replied, squeezing her gently. "Let's go home."

And as they walked to the car, hand in hand, Jesse knew that with Y/N by his side, he could face anything. She was his biggest supporter, his confidante, and the love of his life. And together, they were unstoppable.
