Tale of Eternal Love

Chapter 1

Sound of heavy breathing and punching were the only thing heard in the silence of the gym. 

A girl was aggressively punching and kicking the punching bag . She had well defined abs and toned arms . She is none other than Aaranya Tripathi, the most successful businesswoman and the owner of Maharani Empire. 

She kept kicking and punching the bag until someone came and shouted “stop it Aaranya!”. She looked back and see her friends 

Ishika and Bhavya standing there worried. She coldy glanced at them and said “what are you two doing here?”  

Ishika - “ We know what happened here, aunty called and told us everything. 

Flashback -: 

Two hours ago -: 

Aaranya - What !? No I won't agree to this!

Her mother - Please beta try to understand, we all  want you to move on after what happened.

Aaranya - No, I will never agree to this marriage. I will only love him till my last breath. Why can't you understand? 

Her grandmother - So you will not agree to this marriage? 

She asked, raising her left eyebrow. 

Aaranya - Yes, I will not agree.

Grandmother - Okay, but keep this in mind that I will stop my treatment if you don't marry that man.

Aaranya - How can you do this!?

You must be joking.You cannot threaten me like that. 

Grandmother - You know more than anyone else if I am capable of doing this .

Aaranya - But dadi….

Grandmother - Yes or No? 

Aaranya (gritting her teeth in anger) - Fine , I will marry him. 

Her grandmother - Very well. You both will be meeting on Wednesday at  moonlight cafe at 5pm. 

Aaranya - hmm

Her grandmother - And do not try to do anything funny or else you know.

Saying this she went from there.

Her mother - Aaranya you know she cares for you a lot please don't take her words to your heart.

Aaranya - Maa please leave me alone. I don't want to talk to anyone now.

Her mother - I understand. Take care of yourself. 

End of flashback.

Bhavini - We know you are angry but hurting yourself is not good.

Aaranya just hmmd and left from there . She opened the refrigerator and drank  some water. 

She looked at them and sighed. 

Aaranya - You both know that I only loved him and after his death my heart also went with him. I cannot even think of another man in my life other than him . Maa and dadi know but still they are forcing me to marry someone I don't love . Heck I don't even know him. 

Ishika and Bhavini glanced at each other and then hugged her.

Bhavini - We know you don't want to marry . Don't worry, we are with you and just know that we will support your decision.

Ishika - Right we are with you .

Aaranya - I know guys and thank you for that . 

They all sit down on the sofa in the hall .

Aaranya - I don't want to destroy the life of the person who is going to marry me . I will never be able to accept him as my husband and  give him the love of a wife. 

Ishika - Aaranya I think you should meet him and tell him everything. I think if you talk about it he will understand and if he does not then we will think of something.

Bhavini - yes Aaranya I think it is right. 

Aaranya - Hmm ok I will meet him and talk to him.

Ishika - Now it's late go to sleep and don't overwork okay?

Aaranya -  Hmm ok. It's very late. You both stay here tonight you both know where your rooms are.

Ishika and Bhavini - Good night 

Aaranya - hmm good night 

At the Bhardwaj mansion,

“What!? You want me to Marry someone?”  a shocked  and angry Shivaay asked his parents.

His mother - Yes we want you to marry someone. She is the girl with whom we fixed your alliance when you both were very small.

Shivaay -  No way I will  not agree for this marriage.

His father -  Shivaay, we know that we arranged your marriage without your consent but this marriage alliance will be beneficial  for our company. 

Shivaay - You only care about your company but not for your own son. 

His father - Listen Shivaay, if you don't agree our company will face a huge loss. The company which is made by our ancestors.

Shivaay - ( I sacrificed everything for the company, now he even wants me to sacrifice the right to choose my life partner) Who is the girl ? 

His father - She is the daughter of the Tripathi family. 

Shivaay - Tripathi family? The  other royal family of India?

His mother - Yes , marriage between you two was set up by your and her grandparents.

Shivaay - Hmm…

His father - Enough. I don't want to hear anything. You are going to marry and that's final.

His mother - We are not asking you to get married tomorrow. You can meet her first and talk to her.

Shivaay - ok.

After dinner everyone went to their respective rooms but Aarushi saw that her eldest brother was looking stressed. She went to his room and knocked . “Come in“  She went in and saw that her brother was resting his head against the headboard while his eyes are closed 

Dhriti - Bhai. ( She called out softly) 

Shivaay - Hmm.

Dhriti - You are looking stressed, is everything alright?

Shivaay - I am fine

Dhriti - I know that you are not fine. Tell me na please.

Shivaay - ( sighs) I don't want to marry anyone but ma and papa are forcing me to marry someone.

Dhriti - Who is she? 

Shivaay - She is the only daughter of the Tripathi family.

Dhriti - Aaranya Tripathi?

Shivaay- You know her? 

Dhriti- Bhai, don't tell me you don't know her . She is the youngest and the only daughter of the Tripathi family. She is the owner of the Maharani Empire which she made herself. 

Shivaay - Oh .

Dhriti- so what will you do?

Shivaay - I will talk to her and tell her I don't want to marry her .

Dhriti - But if she disagreed then? 

Shivaay- Then I will think of a way.

Dhriti - ok . Talk to her when you meet her but now go to sleep.

Shivaay - hmm good night 

Dhriti - good night Bhai.
