The same day

Megan ran up to her father giving him a hug smiling. Koryn was so lost in her thoughts. Does Megan know how her father is ?

" My sweet baby girl what brings you by here " Clifton kissed his daughter on the cheek

" Well I stopped by to give Koryn her ID she left it at the spa I came back because I saw your car pulling in " Megan replied laying her head on her father's shoulder

" Oh you know the beautiful Ms. Hawthorne " Clifton spat out

" How do you know her " Megan asked

" I know her very well like the inside and out you know" Clifton smirking taking a sip of his drink

Koryn felt disgusted all over again.

Megan caught a glimpse of Koryn's face she saw a bruise on her arm and a scar above her lip .

" Can me and Koryn have some privacy a little girl chat " Megan giggles as she sat down next to her

Clifton walked away from the girls moving over to Erica and Clifford talking to them .

" You're not good at hiding bruises are you " Megan asked in a concerned tone

" I don't know- "

" Koryn cut the bullshit listen I know what's going on my dad is a piece of shit we only act like we love each other because of the public I'm sorry I didn't know " Megan started tearing up feeling sorry

" Ho..H..How did you know " Koryn responded wiping Megan tears away

" My sister Victoria she was his first victim scared to tell me till this day he doesn't know i know what he did but trust me his karma is coming " Megan stated putting her hands on the table looking at Koryn

" I'm not suppose to say anything but tonight me and him are going to meet at a hotel tonight i'm fucking scared " Koryn voice started trembling

" I have a plan here is my number " Megan grabbed a piece of paper from her purse writing down digits putting it inside Koryn's pockets deep

" Use it tonight call me a hour ahead and also I don't trust your parents " Megan added

Soon as Koryn was about to speak her parents called her name. The festival was ending and it was time to go.

Little did they know somebody heard the conversation nearby.

Few Hours Later

8:40pm

Erica busted open is Koryn's room snatching her phone away. She was screwed badly already calling Megan . Koryn thought her parents were gone for tonight. Bullshit

" What was you and Megan conversation about tell me right now " She was furious making direct eye contact

" Just a basic conversation she manly talked about coming back here to help out her father and the community " Koryn recalled while lying trying to keep a straight look at her mother

" That better be all let me find out you around here telling something you would hate to make me angry " Erica smiling as she rubbed Koryn's cheek

" Now get dress I'll be downstairs " Erica stated while holding onto Koryn's phone

" Can I have no phone back please " Koryn begged sitting on her bed
