WELCOME TO KAFTG! ALSO KNOWN AS: KIMETSU'S ACADEMY FOR THE GIFTED.

-> A special trait of our selected students is that they have the potential to unlock their GIFTS, an unearthly power within them. We, The Gifted, have evolved to resist attacks through these special abilities as a result of constant attempted murders and assassinations.
-> These gifts are NOT to be used recreationally; only as self-defense or in our training. The consequences for violating this rule can land anywhere from temporary suspension and restriction of Gift usage, to expulsion and complete Gift removal.
-> Only The Gifted hold the potential to channel and control these abilities. Normal human bodies are unable to sustain and survive the conditions these Gifts put the body under.

YEAR TEN:

Shabana Ume
- graced with beauty since birth
- mind manipulation; possesses the ability to, in essence, force anyone to do her bidding
- manipulates the ribbons of the attached bow in her hair, effectively entangling her victims in the formation of a spider's web

Shabana Gyutaro
- severe intimidation due to his looks, violent instincts
- can manipulate his flesh and body, most commonly into the form of a sickle
- acting as a support for his sister, he's able to detach specific parts of his body to amplify her abilities

Soyama Hakuji
- geared to fight since birth, martial arts master
- increased stamina and endurance, fights with the insight of a dozen masters before him
- ability to predict incoming attacks/events

Soyama Koyuki
- survivor of a fatal illness
- she is able to treat almost all injuries, wounds, and illnesses
- manipulates elements of weather, ice in particular, to amplify her abilities

"Douma"
- resistance to cooler temperature
- manipulates ice to his advantage, effectively changing its forms and the battlefield around him
- heightened speed, faster than the likes of which anyone has ever seen

Kamado Tanjiro
- blessed by the sun and heat, the scar on his forehead an indicator of that
- generates high amounts of heat from his fingertips or just about anywhere on his body, potentially hot enough to burn down everything but him
- heightened sense of smell; can smell blood or malicious intent from miles away

Kamado Nezuko
- higher blood temperature at birth
- able to heat her blood to unearthly temperatures, her blood typically bursting into pink flames
- able to withstand the temperatures her brother generates

Tsuyuri Kanao
- traumatic childhood experiences and being raised by the kocho family brought rise to her increased endurance and speed
- manipulates nature at will, flowers in particular
- once activated, user can ontain a significant boost in their kinetic vision. however, this ability causes severe eyestrain and temporary blindness depending on how long its active.

Kanzaki Aoi
- increased medical experience as a result of her childhood at the kocho residence and lifetime experiences with water
- water manipulation; this includes any substances with water concentrations
- increased medical insight, can manually treat any injury or illness

Agatsuma Zenitsu
- harsh training since youth, struck by lightning as a child as indicated by his eccentric hair color
- unearthly speed and the ability to utilize thunder and lightning to his advantage
- heightened hearing, even possessing the ability to hear the thoughts of his opponents

Hashibira Inosuke
- raised by wild boars in the forest, leading to his animal-like instincts
- communication with animals and inhumane strength, even able to pry human flesh open with his hands
- heightened sense of touch, possessing the ability to feel the vibrations of the Earth

Shinazugawa Genya
-- traumatic, tense experiences from youth
-- able to "steal" the Gifts or abilities of others and use them to a certain extent, weakening his opponent in the process
-- extreme endurance, able to survive completely fatal injuries and regenerate on the conditions that his head is still intact

Tokito Yuichiro
- traumatic experiences since youth, experience with extreme levels of pain
- incapacitate opponents through the exploitation of dust and smoke particles, forming a haze around him that can effectively suffocate those subjected to it
- strengthened pain tolerance as a result of the injuries he sustained as a child, including the near loss of his arm
-- Director Ubuyashiki's Note: Tokito experiences changes in appearance once his Gift is activated, the tips of his hair begin to turn turquoise.

Tokito Muichiro
- traumatic experiences since youth, including the forced implementation of a survival instinct, amnesia, and a sense of fury that lasted three years
- blind opponents by manipulating the properties and saturation of the air around him, creating a thick, versatile mist (when activated, opponents can be slashed or suffocated)
- completely unnoticeable within the mist, allowing him to move around freely and attack opponents with ease
- Director Ubuyashiki's Note: Tokito experiences changes in appearance once his Gift is activated, the tips of his hair begin to turn turquoise.

L/N Y/N
- Director Ubuyashiki's Note: Monitor this one. We are not sure of the origins of this gift and why she received a gift like this, but her conditions may be unstable.
- the user is able to influence and hypnotize anyone subjected to her touch once gift is activated, manipulating them by a set of glowing strings she obtains
- able to amplify other abilities with illusory properties, short bursts of teleportation

A/N:
this is probably going to be my last muichiro fic ever due to the fact that im turning 15 in a few months, so im planning on putting the most effort into this fic in comparison to all of my other fics

things you should know:

- all characters in year ten (basically all the people listed above) are 16

- there will be absolutely NO smut in this fic. if you've read my past fics, you know that i constantly add tense moments/dirty jokes, but i will NEVER write smut about canonical minors.

- this book is placed in an early time period, meaning there won't be any modern inventions/phones

- my english is kinda inconsistent sooooo expect me to have some trouble with that (i forgot to add that in literally all my past fics and i've felt so stupid because people were reading my work w sm grammatical errors and typos, i am SO sorry and i promise every chapter in this book will be beta read)

- this fic is a bit of a heavier read; there's a lot of violence and mystery in this one. this is basically me trying to avenge myself after failing to write a good mystery in my first finished fic
