disclaimer this will piss a lot of people off so either leave silently or go suck a dick if its 'triggering' because its my opinion. just making that clear.
Where do we draw the line for LGBT entitlement?
At the pronouns or fistfights or lies?
I'm really tired
Of being expected to know what to call someone
I just met 20 minutes ago
But not being allowed to ask
What to call you
I'm tired of the debate
Of who gets what rights
Make it all or nothing
That's not an issue today
Abortion is that way
Except that women didn't get a say
But everyone wants to be inclusive
And it's gone too far
I'm tired of being labeled
A cisgender 'woman'
At 13 years old
And I am upset that
Some claim to be female
But can't have periods
That is one of the most fundamental milestones
In any girls life
And people say ' I can't have periods, but i have period cramps
That its the same thing'
When in reality its not
If you had a penis at any time
You are a biological male
If you had a vagina
A female
That's where I draw the line
Nobody should be allowed to make me feel uncomfortable in my own body
Yet I do
People like Dylan Mulvaney make girls out to always act as if we are from a horrible 2000's sitcom
Or Lily Toro, who explained gender reaffirming surgery with cake pops at Disneyland
And said they "wish i made more video's" and that "the kids weren't listening anyway" in 'her' apology video
Anybody I approach act like my actual concern is aggravating and/or aggressive
Like a child is not in her place when questioning morals
But if I am going to live here for at least 18 years
I want to know why I have to degrade, disregard and downplay the dangers of being a female
Getting a hysterectomy does not make you more of a woman
It just means you don't have a penis anymore
Being a woman is more than a dress, wig, heels, and makeup.
It's about knowing that you could have someone watching you at all times
It's about knowing universal signs asking for help by heart after one mistake gets you lectered for hours
It's about knowing when to trust that feeling in your gut about who to be around
That's where I draw the line
Do we draw the line at people calling managers' on waiters and waitresses for not knowing what they identify as?
Do we let the insane people who demand respect but give none rule our world?
The people who created over 230 personalized pronouns
And expect us to have all of them committed to memory?
I demand we draw the line and quickly
I don't want to live in a world where i am criticized for saying that a people under 18 years old should not medically transition
My opinion today is seen as 'transphobic'
When i am concerned for the future of these kids
Who had parents who didn't tell them no
And got away with everything they want
With no repercussions
Somebody needs to draw the line and I will start
I draw the line at the parents who transition children at 3,4,5,6 years old
Because they were playing with dolls or trucks
And they like pink or blue
They act like toys determine how your child will live or die
And they refuse to draw the line
