Emory Fletcher, a name known by most, exceeded above all else. After enduring what is believed to be the most challenging, the most gory games; with a far more superior cast than any other show that the Capitol had ever laid its eyes on. She is thought to be the most courageous, most divine creature that Panem had ever sunk its claws into. The star only truly shined in the blinding lights of the Capitol, as their Princess.
Though, those that knew her knew well that she did not truly wish to be weighed down by the shiny crown that they had placed atop her head. And no one knew this better than Panem's Golden Boy, Finnick Odair. Over the years the pairs love flourished like the most beautiful of flowers, and the Capitol could not get enough of the their petals. Until one day, when the gorgeous flower perished in the sunlight and blew away in the wind. On Finnick's eighteenth birthday no less, the boy claimed he "hated" the girl. Never wishing to see her light again.
And so, Panem's darlings drifted. And the sun continued with what it did everyday, hide the stars from those with prying eyes. Until the event where the two stars come together again, and all is well.
