*Jasmine*

Monday came around in no time. I was headed to The Blake's residence. I was more anxious this time around than I'd been for my interview. I don't know why but they made me feel nervous. I got up early this morning and washed my hair, putting it up into a nice sleek bun. I didn't want it to be in the way and I felt as if it looked more professional. I put on some light makeup, adding a layer of mascara and lipgloss. I made sure to smell good, wearing my most expensive perfume.

I remembered how they mentioned to make sure the kids did their homework when they got out of school, laundry, dinner and keeping the play room tidy. So I wrote myself out a schedule hoping that it would help me keep things running smoothly. When I pulled into their driveway I used the keycard they had given me a few days ago. The gates opened right away. I parked my car on the side of the house near the other cars and made my way to the front door. I lightly knocked on the door and an older woman in maid attire opened the door.

"Hello, you must be Jasmine. Come on in." she moved aside so that I could walk through the door.

Closing the door behind me she turned around, "I'm Mrs. Sue the maid. It's nice to meet you. They told me you would be starting today and I were to assist you with anything you may need." she said.

"Nice to meet you too." I said with a smile. I took in her appearance. She was a short elderly woman with ginger hair, pushed back into a low bun.

"Would you like something to drink? Tea or juice?" She asked me while making her way into the kitchen. I kindly declined her offer.

"You can place your bags into the closet over there by the door. Your outfit should be hanging up in there as well. I'll give you some time to change and we'll meet back here okay."

I nodded my head in agreement. Giving her my thanks, I placed my belongings into the closet and grabbed my uniform. I headed around the corner to the bathroom. I changed into my uniform, the clothing was slightly tight. The pants hugged my curves, giving my butt way too much exposure for my liking. I couldn't button the shirt up all of the way so the top of my chest was sticking out. I tried my best to button it up but the shirt just kept popping back open. I thought I gave Mrs. Blake the right size. I guess I've grown since my last time shopping.

Not wanting to spend too much time in here. I did the best I could with what was given and made my way back into the kitchen. Mrs. Sue stood there waiting for me with a smile.

"The children shall be here shortly. If they get hungry you can alert Chef Zan by pressing this here button on the wall. He will come down and make whatever is being requested. He's here everyday from 8 to 10 so if you don't have lunch he'll kindly make you something as well." She informs me.

"I'm usually wandering around here somewhere cleaning so if you ever need my assistance come find me and I'll be happy to help." She says with a smile.

"Thank you very much Mrs. Sue. I surely will." I kindly tell her, appreciating her guidance.

"Well I better get back to work. You can either wait here for the children or make yourself comfortable in the den. The kids shall be arriving in about five minutes." and with that she makes her way out of the kitchen.

I decided to just wait in here. I didn't want to look like I was meddling around their house even though I knew no one was here but the maid, chef and I. This was going to take some getting used to. I went to the closet and grabbed the schedule I had written out. I hoped the kids would work with me and not give me too much of a hard time.

*A Few Hours Later*

My schedule worked out great for the children and myself. I helped with their homework, did their laundry that was sitting in the laundry room, chef Zan came down and made them chicken nuggets and fries per their request and now they were playing in the play room. I sat and watched them play. They were good kids, and some of the anxiety I had about caring for them was no longer there.
