I knew Jeffri was talking but I had zoned out when he started talking about his daughter who I was supposed to marry. I thought she would be another girl who wore such tight and short dresses that they could barely even be considered dresses. I was not expecting to see a thin, tired looking girl. As soon as I saw her I promptly wondered if she was fed properly. I caught myself starting to get concerned. I'm the Italian Mafia Don, I don't have the time to get caught up in feelings. Before I think about what was coming out of my mouth, I had said "She'll do". She'll do?? What was I thinking?? As soon as I said that I'll take her, her father almost ran over to his desk and pulled out the contract that stated that Jenni was to be married to me. Before I left, I paused to tell her when the wedding was. I saw her eyes widen in shock. I felt the same way when my mother told me that the wedding needed to happen as soon as possible. I still don't know why she wanted it to be so soon. I left the house and got in my car and drove to one of my warehouses and did some work. After getting all of my work done for this week and next week, I drove to my mansion. As soon as I got there, I went up to my office and poured myself a glass of whiskey. I looked at the time and realized that it was already 1:00AM. I went upstairs and took a shower then went to bed.
