Chapter 6 - Fool

 Evelyn's Pov:

"You really love her, don't you?" Akiro asked me, I nodded and smiled sparingly, maybe even if I get hurt I will still love her because i love her so much,

"I thought it was just a happy crush?, why are you hurting?" I grinned and smacked his arm, "ouch!" I just had a happy crush on her from before but now I'm hurt  

"Yeah, i had a happy crush on her from before, but my feelings for her now is different." I don't know how to confess to her, I'm worried because our friendship might be ruined just because of this. 

"fool, you like her!" Akiro said and laughed so I frowned and got annoyed. 

"You! you have a crush on clyden right? " I asked him, Akiro immediately shook his head. 

"arai nia! don't change the topic!" He flicked my forehead. i frowned, He pulled my hair, so I pulled his too. here are the two of us pulling hair. 

Akiro was my high-school mate since I was in grade 7, he admitted to me that he was gay and there was no malice in it so I supported him i treat him like my brother. 

"let go of me!!!" "you let go of me!" we shout at each other. 

"Shia!" Akiro said surprised, we let each other go. He nervously looked at the clock. 

"why are you cursing?" I asked him, He tap his head  

"Clyden and I have a date, bye sis" he said and bid a goodbye to me, I was stunned, they're officially together now? I thought they were just friends.

I was about to back inside but I was surprised because when I turned around Aquarius was in front of me.  

to my surprise, she was holding a plate, i peek to see what it was, but I didn't see it because there was a cover. 

she smiled at me, she handed it to me which I took. I wonder what dish she made. Besides, why did she cook for me? 

"I don't know what situation I did to you, I'm the one who's asking for forgiveness for what I did to you." she said softly to me, I saw that she took something from her pocket. it was a paper note. 

"so if possible, can we be friends again?" how gentlewoman she is, I smiled. 

"we're okay hey" I sparingly told her, she was looking at me so i immediately looked away. she turned her face to the side where i was looking. 

"smile, little lyn" I looked at her, she was frowning. argh she's so cute. I refrained from giggling but I saw her smile, so I giggles. 

"enjoy!" she happily told me and she gave me the paper not.

she walks happily like a child, she is very baby coded no matter who is older they are still the baby. 

i giggles,  

I went to the dining table and sat down, before I opened what she cooked I first read what was written on the paper note. 

'I don't often cook filipino dishes, I had a hard time because I'm not good at cooking vegetables, but for you, I will learn so that i can cook your favorites. Enjoy'  

I read that with a smile. 

I opened what she cooked, it was pinakbet the one that i cooked earlier. 

I took the spoon and tasted the food. 

i took a sip of the soup

I closed my eyes with pleasure,  "hm"

The first time I took a sip of the soup, the mixture was just right, including the vegetables mixed in! 

I put my hand on my chest to feel my heart beat, my heart beat fast. 

I stood up and jumped in excitement. 

there is nothing in me that stops me from punching the wall. 

"Khun baa rue prao" a familiar voiced i heard behind me.

I looked and was shocked, I saw my ate Venus, 

I quickly hugged her tightly. 

"I miss you, my sister" she whispered to me, caressing my head. 

"why did you come home here?" i asked her, she raised her eyebrow,  crossing her arms as well 

"okay, I'm going back to Thailand, you don't want me here" she said annoyed, I laughed  

 "E-eh I'm so happy because you came home again!" I said excitedly, we hugged each other. 

I helped my sister with her luggage, I took her around the house. 

she stopped walking, we are both here standing at the dining table,

I panicked, suddenly I was about to take the paper note but it was too late because I saw her pick up the paper note and read it. 

I bowed slowly, "Look here" my sister's tone of voice seemed to have anger so I was nervous to look at her. 

"what is this?" she asked and showed me the paper note

it's really nervous when she crosses her arms, while her expression is blank. 

"Is someone hitting on you?" she said, she stared at me blanky. 

"No- that's from my friend, sister " I said and laughed awkwardly, she nodded and dropped the paper note. 

I breathed a sigh of relief. 

"where are mom and dad?" she asked me 

"they didn't tell me sister, but maybe they will go home later" I said,  "you are good at cooking pinakbet" I looked at my sister, who was smilling, oh my she tasted what Aquarius cooked! 

"sister, I didn't cook that, Aquarius cooked it" I said, and now her expression is blank again 

"who is aquarius?" she asked me, how many years has it been because she probably hasn't met Aquarius.m

"She's my childhood friend. you two have met before and you even carried her before" at first she seemed to wonder who it was. 

"ah yes aquarius!" i sigh in relief 

"are you saying that they live here?" she asked, I nodded, I saw that she smiled. 

"whatever sister, i know you favoritism her" I said, My sister also got along with Aquarius, because if my sister and I weren't siblings, Aquarius might have become her sister, sister always votes for aquarius, they are both sweet. 

"I miss that giant, where is their house?" she asked me, I smiled. 

I pointed to the house not far away, she nodded. 

"Reunion" Sister said and patted me, I patted her back
