What makes a Villain?

Perspective,.
The only difference between villain and hero is perspective.

Hypocrisy.
Hero’s break the rules just as much as the villains do.

What creates a Villain?

Psyche?
Is it a mentality that makes up a villain?

Childhood?
Can childhood trauma or bad parenting raise up a villian?

What does it look like from the other side? What if we looked through the villains eyes for once?

To those who don’t know the Feywild is a mystical place. A place full of both magic a mischief. For a millennium these foresty lands have been inhabited by all kinds of creatures; elves, centaurs, pixies, hags, Fawn, fairies, Satyrs. It is a most whimsical place where almost all of your fairytales were born from.

A place that on the surface seems extraordinary, as it is. The Feywild is also a place where darker and more malevolent forces tend to prey on its inhabitants. Because of that many years ago many, but not all, of the fae retreated to the realms of the humans. Places like Scarren Dale. But this story doesn’t involve Scarren Dale and won’t involve Scarren Dale for many years to come. This is the story of a young Fawn girl by the name of Harmoni.

One thing is for certain, people aren’t born evil. Nobody has looked into the eyes of a newborn and thought, “Wow, this child will be evil one of these days.” Harmoni was no different. Born in a small cabin in the woods to her mother Symphoni. She was a happy child. Bright blue eyes filled with life and joy. A child that would leap through the woods with her blonde hair flowing behind her. Some might say it was her mothers fear and secrets that made her who she was to become. Others would say it was because of who her father was.
