The alarm clock blared, jolting Jungwon awake. He groaned, rubbing his eyes as he sat up. The memory of yesterday's events still fresh in his mind, he couldn't shake the feeling of irritation that lingered from Jay's lack of acknowledgment. Determined to show his worth in the next challenge, he decided to clear his mind with a walk around the dorm.

As he wandered through the hallway, he heard faint music coming from the gym. Curious, he peeked through the slightly ajar door and saw Jay working out intensely. Jay's muscles flexed with each movement, sweat glistening on his skin as he pushed himself harder. Jungwon couldn't help but watch, captivated by Jay's determination and focus. It was a weird feeling; he hadn't felt this from Jay ever, but it was enough to keep his eyes glued to Jay.

Lost in his thoughts, Jungwon didn't notice when Jay paused and glanced toward the door. Their eyes met, and Jungwon froze, caught in the act of spying.

Jay smirked, wiping his face with a towel. "Enjoying the view, Jungwon?"

Jungwon's face flushed, and he stammered, "I-I was just passing by."

Jay chuckled, tossing the towel aside. "Sure you were. Come in, I could use a spotter."

Hesitant but curious, Jungwon entered the gym. The air was thick with the scent of sweat and determination. Jay handed him a dumbbell, and they started their workout in a companionable silence.

After a few minutes, Jay broke the silence. "You were really good yesterday, Jungwon. Your energy was... inspiring."

Jungwon, who had been wrestling with his thoughts all night, felt a sense of satisfaction. "Thanks, Jay. The challenge was tough, dancing without music and just using movements to tell a story. But we managed to pull it off."

Jay nodded, looking thoughtful. "Yeah, it was hard. But we did it. I'm sorry if I seemed distant. I guess I was too caught up in everything."

Jungwon gave a small smile, still not giving in to Jay's charm. "It's okay. We both have a lot on our minds."

As they continued their workout, the tension between them began to ease, replaced by a growing sense of camaraderie. The exercise room echoed with the sounds of their efforts, each rep bringing them closer in a way words couldn't.

Meanwhile, Heeseung was in the kitchen, pouring himself a glass of water when Jake walked in, holding an energy drink. "Here, hyung. Thought you might need this," Jake said with a smile.

Heeseung accepted it gratefully. "Thanks, Jake."

A few minutes later, Sunghoon walked in with the same energy drink. "Morning, Heeseung! I got you something to help with the workout."

Heeseung chuckled, looking at the two identical drinks. "You guys are too much. Thanks, Sunghoon."

Jake and Sunghoon exchanged glances, each realizing they had thought the same thing. Heeseung found their attention endearing and couldn't help but smile at their cute rivalry.

Later, after they finished their workout and showered, the members gathered in the living room to discuss the day's filming. The air was filled with excitement and a hint of nervousness as they prepared for the next challenge.
