Karina's outfit is above!

Karina died.

Well, Klaus had to believe that Karina died and in turn so did the other witches working with her. She had Bonnie tell the others that they were all linked together when in reality they weren't, it was Jonas' idea just in case something went wrong.

In this case something did and now Klaus believed they were dead.

Karina was situated in the witches house, she sat beside Luka and Jonas, and they were waiting for Bonnie to arrive.

"Do you believe him?" Jonas asked Karina.

Karina sighed and took a sip of the tea that Luka had made for her. "I don't know. I'd have to meet him and then I'd feel if a bond is there."

"And if there is?" Jonas asked her and Karina knew that he was worried she'd back out.

Losing Karina would be a heavy loss to their plan, and she knew that it worried him since Elijah was out of the picture still.

"If there is, it doesn't change what has to be done." She promised him and he nodded his head. "We made a vow, I won't break it."

The reassurance was all they needed, all that Jonas needed as the full moon was fast approaching and they felt as if they were running out of time.

Karina frowned when Elena texted her asking for help, but didn't hesitate to let the others know that she would be back.

It wasn't ideal for Karina to be out and about, but they knew that she had to check on her family from time to time so that they didn't get worried.

In this case, Karina had lied about where she was going and simply arrived at her house to see Elena with a very disheveled looking Elijah Mikaelson.

"You got to be kidding me." Karina sighed as she motioned them towards the door.

She knew her parents weren't home, they had taken William and Jenna up to their lake house for the time being due to everything that was going on.

"Come in." She invited Elijah inside and he gave her a thankful look as he walked inside.

He admired the pictures on the walls but took note how there was a lack of Karina there. There was no baby photos past the age of five and that intrigued him.

"I'll grab you some clothes, Elena can you start boiling some water?" Elena nodded and headed towards the kitchen while Karina went upstairs and grabbed some of her dad's clothes. "My dad has maybe five suits, do you care what color?"

Elijah appeared behind her, but Karina didn't flinch, "No, not particularly."

Karina hummed and grabbed one before handing it to him. "Change and we can talk over tea. I don't think you're hungry, so I'll skip the breakfast."

Elijah chuckled at the sarcasm but watched as she headed downstairs, he could hear her scolding Elena about waking him but also sighing when Elena explained herself.

"Do Stefan and Damon know?" Karina asked while pouring the boiling water into three mugs.

Elena shook her head with a sigh, "No but soon they will when they realize I'm gone."

"Then you stay here." Karina told her firmly. "My mom and dad have Jenna and Will up at the lake and they're safe. Jeremy is home with John, and both are protected so they can't get in here."
