Fitz POV

Fitz and Olivia were spending a winter night at their exclusive cabin, wrapped in the warmth of each other's company. After a wonderful meal, Fitz had one more surprise for Olivia—his homemade gourmet chocolates. He wanted to make a game out of it, delighting in the idea of watching her taste each decadent treat and describe her reactions.

With the door closed, every pretense fell away. The facade they showed the world melted, leaving only their raw, unfiltered selves. In these moments, all they wanted was to be close and feel their connection's intensity. The simple touch of her hand made Fitz move in ways that felt instinctual, ways that engulfed his senses and stole away his worries. The past and future faded in her presence, leaving only the present moment.

"Close your eyes," Fitz said, his lips curling into a grin despite his earlier reluctance to smile.

"Okay," Olivia replied, trusting him completely as she closed her eyes. She started humming the Jeopardy theme, playfully teasing him.

Fitz couldn't help but laugh. He took her in a bear hug and kissed her, feeling his heart swell with love. "Open your mouth."

"Fitz, you better not..."

He laughed even harder, the sound echoing through the cozy cabin. "Seriously, Liv, open up."

Reluctantly, she relented, her beautiful mouth opening slightly. Fitz placed his surprise—a handcrafted chocolate—into her mouth. If the eyes are the gateway to the soul, the lips are the gateway to the body. They promised softness, passion, and sweetness.

Olivia purred her approval. "Mmmmm..." Her reaction made Fitz feel like a bouncing ball of joy.

He had chosen an artisan chocolate from a fancy chocolatier like Godiva. Each piece was hand-crafted, and decorated with flakes of nuts and white chocolate drizzles.

"What's this one?" she asked, savoring the flavors.

"Dark chocolate truffle with a hint of raspberry," he whispered, watching her expression intently.

"It's divine," she murmured, her eyes still closed. "The richness of the chocolate and the tartness of the raspberry... It's perfect."

Fitz's heart swelled with pride. "I've got more where that came from," he teased.

"Bring it on," she challenged a playful smile on her lips.

One by one, he fed her the chocolates, each one eliciting a new, delightful reaction. There was a milk chocolate caramel that made her sigh with pleasure, a white chocolate mint that brought a giggle, and a dark chocolate espresso that made her moan in satisfaction.

"You're a genius," Olivia declared, her eyes still closed as she savored the last piece.

"I just wanted to make you happy," Fitz said softly, brushing a strand of hair from her face.

"You always do," she replied, opening her eyes to meet his. "In more ways than you know."

They shared a kiss, sweet and lingering, flavored with the remnants of chocolate. The fire crackled in the hearth, casting a warm glow over them. Outside, the snow fell gently, blanketing the world in white. Inside, there was only warmth, love, and the promise of many more nights like this.

"You're not just a domestic god," Olivia said with a smile. "You're my god."

Fitz chuckled. "And you, my love, are my goddess."

As they settled into the comfort of their cabin, the world outside ceased to matter. They found everything they needed in each other's arms—a perfect blend of passion, sweetness, and love.
